Called Crow’s after discovering what looked like a massive water leak underground next to my house.

Definitely scary as a homeowner but they were able to dispatch a technician to my home within an hour!

Everyone, from the front office to the technician, was super helpful and reassuring and they were even able to fix the issue the same day even though there were a lot of complications due to the specific layout of my plumbing system.

Yesterday I had the best plumber experience ever. Jacob was thorough, informative and professional. He diagnosed a problem with a water heater device that had been improperly installed by another plumber in 2014. He had the correct part on his truck and we are now enjoying (near) instant hot water. He went above and beyond the task at hand (toilet installation). I now know how much water pressure I have, what a flange is and host of other helpful information. Jacob will be the only plumber that I call for future plumbing issues.

I had called with a request to fix the leaking kitchen sink sprayer & to get a quote on hooking up the pipe for gas logs. Xavier showed up on time, was very nice & professional. He replaced the o-ring in the sprayer which fixed it & quoted a price for the gas logs which was more than I wanted to invest since I'm selling the house. No problem, no pressure. Very pleased with the service.

We worked with Justin, who was friendly and helpful. We liked the quality of his work. After he did the repair, he showed us how to understand our system and maintain it better. We’d be happy to work with him again.

We’ve had the pleasure of Justin visiting our house twice in the past month. This will be for both of the visits. Justin provided an excellent walk through the the issues and the options to fix them. We were informed at every stage in the process. He was prompt, friendly, knowledgeable and even nice to our dogs.

Brock was so great installing our new tankless water heater! We had them out to look at a potential plumbing leak and also for a bid on replacing our water heater. He gave very thorough options in a variety of price ranges and explained everything very well. With the installation he and his colleague were at my house all day and did a great job keeping me aware of what they were doing and finished with a thorough walk through of the new equipment. Definitely recommend!!

Everyone I spoke to and worked with at Crow's was kind, professional and extremely helpful. From my first call to set up an initial appointment through job completion, everyone was amazing. Jacob and Justin worked on installing an entirely new plumbing system when mine cracked in nearly every pipe possible from a freeze. I felt comfortable knowing that I was getting the best advice and they took time to answer all questions and explain different issues my plumbing had throughout the three day job.
