Nest thermostat broke after having it less than a year. They scheduled to send someone out day after I requested service. Guy was on time, professional and very good at diagnosis. Replaced with new nest and was done in under an hour. Highly recommend Neals and this tech. Very happy.

My ACs evaporator coil went out on the inside unit(or so I thought) . I had 2 AC companies come out and both confirmed it was the inside unit. With this confirmed diagnosis I called multiple AC companies to get more quotes over the phone for the repair. Neal’s AC was by far the best price. When Chris and his team came out to repair they discovered the other companies diagnosis was wrong. The other companies didn’t pressurize the system to detect where the leak was coming from. It was the outside unit that had a leak in the coil and the inside coil was most likely ok. They gave me quotes on replacing the outside coil and also getting a whole new unit. Our unit is 14 years old so we decided to replace. The cost for a new unit with Neals was still better on price than any other company we got quotes from. Now I see why they have all the great reviews.
Our install is next week but so far I would recommend to anyone!

I have been searching for a good company for a new AC and Heating system and I was recommended by a good friend to go with Neal's AC and heating. These guys surpassed my expectation. They were on time, proffesional, pleasant and very knowledgeable. They fixed an extra duct work at no extra charge and willing to above and beyond to address any questions or concerns that you have. Arturo was fantastic! He arrived within the window of time given, diagnosed the problem (capacitor) and fixed quickly. He then took the time to clean the outside units and double check everything in the attic to make sure there were no additional issues or maintenance items needing attention. I've been using Neal's (AC by Chris) since 2010 or so and it's nice to have Chris/Arturo and team anytime our ac/heat goes wonky.

Neal’s was very responsive and on-time. Gave me a 2 hour window and showed up on-time and sent a pic of the technician before he came out so nice safety feature. Tech was efficient, friendly, professional and thorough. Would definitely recommend.

Heating system kept failing to heat since the Great Freeze of early February. They tried several times to get it up and running correctly, but it would fail again after a day or so. Evidently it was some sort of fluke Chris said he had not ever seen before. Can't fault them as it was indeed very odd. Chris finally had his technicians replace the whole outside unit. Excellent example of the integrity of the company and the folks of Neal's Heating & AC who stand behind their systems. Thank you for showing exactly what fine customer service should be. I will recommend Chris and Neal's Heating to my friends who ask for a reliable and honest HVAC company.

We needed a new heating unit and a/c. From initial bid to finish Chris , Armando and his crew completely exceeded expectation. Not only were they all extremely competent and helpful, I felt the pricing was very competitive. My only regret is I can only give Neal's five stars.

Neal’s installed our new HVAC system in March 2022.
My husband and I recently purchased our home and knew we would likely need a complete HVAC replacement sooner rather than later. We called Neal’s to come check our old systems and give us a quote for a new system. One of our units used R22 so we realized we would need to replace it as Freon is hard to get for those and it was low. Our upstairs unit was functional but not great. Jesse helped us understand our old units and advised us on how to improve the heating and cooling in our home. After some thought and many questions, we decided to replace both our upstairs and downstairs units with Carrier Performance systems.
Neal’s was able to get us in the same week we signed the contract and our install was done in one day. Arturo, Gersham, Noe, and Jesse did a great job on our installations. They were respectful to our home, taking care to protect our home from damage and we were blown away at how much nicer the interior and exterior units looked. These guys take the time to really make everything look great. Our systems are running well so far and we’ve already seen an improvement in the humidity levels and cooling in our house. We also appreciated the text alerts for scheduling and arrival.
