Chris initially answered all my questions over the phone and scheduled a time for his lead installer, Alberto to do a walk thru of all my old equipment. Alberto was very thorough, professional, and up-front about the all viable options. Once I made a decision to move forward with the work, Chris scheduled me quickly and the team was out at my house the next business day. I know this is not always possible but they made it happen. Day of the install, the team was on time, considerate to lay out rugs to protect my floors, answered all my questions, and even finished ahead of schedule. I would recommend this company to my family and friends. So glad I found an honest, up-front company to take care of this big purchase! Highly recommend!

I have been working with Chris for well over 10 years. He never lets me down. Unfortunately, our HVAC system did on our home. Chris and his team came out and diagnosed and although the cure was not what I wanted to hear, they gave me a fair price on quality equipment. They helped me out again! I will continue to use Neal's Heating and A/C whenever I have an HVAC issue.

This company is outstanding! They are professional, knowledgeable, helpful, kind, and incredibly efficient! Chris, the owner was extremely responsive and was able to get us on the schedule for next day service! I recently updated my home’s Heating and AC units; and I’ve have to say, Neal absolutely exceeded all of my expectations. Not only were they considerably more affordable than their competitors, but their installation speed and quality was top notch. Arturo and his team did a fantastic job. Neal’s will definitely be my go to for all things HVAC moving forward.

The technician (Arturo) was prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. He took his time and made sure everything was taken cared for before he left. He was friendly and dealt with us professionally.

First let me say this is by far a great company to work with. They were professional and very knowledgeable. Arturo, G and Noey are excellent. I can't say enough about how great the service was. I was with a home warrant company who sent a dishonest shady contractor who did more damage. This crew stayed not only fixing my original problem but also repairing the damage caused by the other contractor at a very reasonable price. Will definitely use them from now on if I have any other issues.
