Arturo, the AC tech, actually showed up early for the appointment. He was quick to diagnose my problem and fixed it with a capacitor. He actually installed these AC units 3 years ago and said he remembers that whole installation. He is proud of his work and it showed. He was polite with my daughter and waited for me to arrive and discuss the repair. Will do business with Neal’s AC and Arturo again.

Arturo provided excellent service. To get a part, He even drove to his shop and back -2 hr.

Jesse and the team at Neal’s were on point. Quick service, great communication. I really appreciated the direct answers and explanations from the owner on our system and possible solutions to get it repaired.

They replaced a coil on our upstairs unit in right around 3 hours.

My AC stopped generating cold air so upon referral from a neighbor, I contact Neal's Heating & AC. From my initial conversation with Chris - who answered my cold call immediately - my experience with Neal's has been fantastic. Jesse and Noe were dispatched same day to diagnose the issue, and were extremely patient in the 200 questions I asked about what they were doing and what everything meant. Ultimately had to have my compressor replaced, which they did next-day. They showed up on time, were professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. I work from home so I appreciate when professionals do what they say they're going to do. 10/10 would recommend for all of your AC and heating needs.

We decided to replace our 24 year old A/C unit after getting the run around from our home warranty company to fix a reoccurring issue. We reached out to several companies that tried to take advantage of the fact that we were without cool air in the summer and temporarily staying in a hotel.
Nealś Heating & A/C had really good reviews on Nextdoor, so we gave them a call and the rest is history.
Chris was awesome. He was straight forward and to the point; no games, no run around. He answered all of our questions and even offered to to give us time to shop around (no need, because we had found the right company).
They were able to get us on the schedule in 2 days. Gershon, Arturo and team were prompt, detailed and very friendly.
I work from home and thought I would have to be concerned with a lot of noise during meetings, but the team was very quiet and professional.
They were also very thourough, neat and completed the work in the quoted time frame. We couldnt have asked for a smoother install.

I cannot speak highly enough of Jesse, Arturo, and the crew at Neal's Heating and AC. They were recommended to me by a friend when I was looking for estimates on replacing my 22 year old AC system, and they ended up pricing out at 1/2 to 1/3 of what the larger companies in the area quoted. Jesse came out and spoke to me about what I was looking for, even talking me down from a more expensive system which would have been more profit for the company, but as Jesse explained, would not have benefitted me as much. Arturo and his crew were on time, polite, and professional. They were happy to answer any questions I had and they left the work area just as clean as they found it. They even went above and beyond to address some airflow issues we had been experiencing with the old system and they even took the time to repair the existing thermostat mount that had worked itself loose over the years. I would heartily recommend Neal's Heating and AC to any of my friends and family in the area.

I called Neal's AC for service based on Nextdoor mentions. Jesse from Neal's arrived on time (actually a few minutes early) after sending me a text that he was on the way. Jesse was polite and very knowledgeable. He carefully explained everything he recommended and did to my AC system. Neal's is small, and can probably keep their overhead low. Even accounting for that, Neal's prices are amazingly reasonable. Very low, in fact. Most importantly, they are very upfront and ethical--a rarity these days. They have won us as a customer for life.

The workers that came were so professional, helpful, and clearly communicated with us. The owner, Chris, called us to help get everything organized and make sure we had what we needed before we got started. We weren’t thrilled to have to replace, but Neal’s made the process as painless as possible. We will definitely use them again as needs arise!
