Hand’s down one of the best HVAC contractors around Austin. Just had the whole unit replaced and Neal’s quote was half the price than 8 big companies for Carrier. Arturo, Noe and G showed up on time and knocked off work in 5 hrs. Very professionals and glad I went with these guys.

Super friendly, efficient and knowledgeable guys. We hadn’t had a new AC in 20 years so we were pleasantly surprised by the improvements in technology. The installers were patient with us and explained everything several times.

That was good enough for a five star review, but then last Sunday morning we had an error message on our nest thermostat (which they installed). My wife texted the installer and someone was at our house within the hour. On. Sunday! He fixed it quickly and was in his way.

Our A/C unit in our house was getting old...22 years old to be exact. Some fluid started leaking one day and we needed immediate help. We called Neal's and they sent Jesse out the next day. He fixed the leak and gave us a competitive quote for a new A/C installation. He wasn't pushy. We decided to go for the new A/C unit + installation and they were able to schedule us within a week. The day of installation the guys arrived on time around 9am and got to work. They were done by 2pm. They answered all of our questions related to the new unit and our new smart thermostat. I would recommend them to anyone who needs A/C repair and replacement.

We had researched several companies when we decided to replace our original a/c units (15+ years!) and the decision points for us with Neal's Heating and AC is their timely responsiveness and wealth of knowledge of their products and the industry. It was also important for us to get this done before things start heating up again. Other companies were experiencing supply chain issues and/or offered similar products at a higher price. Neal's Heating and AC informed me of every detail of work that they'd do and why, walked me through their installation process, and answered all random impromptu questions I had. They also provided good and better case scenarios and were sensitive to our aggressive timeline. That said, installation was seamless and quick, less than a day! Highly recommend if you're new to this process like I was; I feel the attention and care that they gave to this project is worth it.

First of all, the whole process and communication with Neal's Heating & AC was straight forward, what we agreed on, they did it! Jesse came to provide a quote, he was explaining what is going to happen if I approve, was guiding me through the steps and expectations. Then when it was time, Arturo and Noe showed up to do the work and they showed up exactly when they told they are going to come! They were very respectful and polite from the beginning to the end, if I had questions, they replied and explained, they did left a clean scene after the job and I am quite happy with the job quality they represented, hopefully the the new internal/external units will make their duty for many years from now on :). They were fast and professional, my AC blower motor was not working, they came and fix it very fast at a reasonable price. I will definitely use them again.

Chief Installer Arturo and workers Juan and Chris are family members and the work together like clockwork.

One measure that I use to judge contractors is how well kept and organized is their truck. Their truck passed the test, containers to keep everything compartmentalized. They knew exactly where everything was, impressive.

It was super quick and easy to schedule an appointment and get a quote. They also sent text updates on when my tech was arriving. Jesse explained everything he was doing and fixed my clogged drain in half an hour. Super reliable service and will be calling them again for any AC troubles.
