Who needs a new furnace in the middle of summer? This girl 🤦🏼‍♀️ SOS was great! Fast response and installed the next day. Hated having to buy a new furnace but I will be calling them back when my ac unit goes out next 😝. Cory, Kaden, Kolbe & Mayson were professional & great to work with.

They installed a new heat pump system in our home.. They were on time, very professional, and did a great job and clean up after themselves. Highly recommend S.O.S. Heating for any service you might need on your heating and cooling in your home.

John Child and SOS Heating saved the day! We had an AC emergency the day before July 4th, and they gave us a fair price, and John put in extra work late in the afternoon so we would not be stuck on the 4th without AC, and had exceptional responsiveness and communication. Would recommend!!

Our heater was not working and blowing out cold air. Bryson was able to come out within hours of our call. He was very professional and educated me on what needed to be replaced. He was very open and honest. The job was done efficiently and in a timely manner. I definitely would recommend and use their services in the again.

It’s been a year now and I called for a maintenance checkup. Giant shout out to Randy Rosales! Randy was on time, personable, professional and gave us all the information we needed. They were amazing, super easy to work with and extremely responsive. Got two quotes and this one was much cheaper than the other, but no loss on quality. Would highly recommend. I own a few properties and plan on using them for all of my hvac needs.

THE BEST!!!! I own multiple rental properties and had used many other companies! Until I found S.O.S! this company is top notch from customer service to price they beat all of the competition. Trust me I know from experience. Their team is punctual, professional and absolutely wonderful. I would give them 10⭐️ if I could.

My experience with SOS was top notch. My antiquated AC unit had been on its last leg for awhile. Jaden of SOS responded immediately to a weekend callout after the unit would not function without freezing. Jaden conducted a thorough assessment of the situation, running multiple tests and calculations to provide me with reasonable options for both repair and replacement. I decided to have the unit replaced and Jaden scheduled me for the first appointment on Monday morning. Jaden followed up with me personally early Monday morning and the SOS team of Kolbe and Mason arrived to my house on-time Monday and got to work immediately. Kolbe and Mason also conducted an assessment to validate the scope of work and were very knowledgeable and helpful in explaining to me what they'd be doing and how my new system would work for the size and layout of my home. Upon completing the job, they walked me through everything that had been repaired and replaced. Kolbe and Mason were also very respectful and professional in my home. They laid down drop cloths in all work areas and kept both inside and outside work areas clean and safe on a very warm day.

I didn't once feel as though SOS gave me the run around. They provided recommendations in a very personable and "focused on the problem" manner. I personally couldn't (nor would want to) do any of the work SOS did to replace my AC unit, and I believe I received good value in the overall cost and level of service I received. SOS left me impressed that they are a very credible organization and were laser focused on ensuring that my home was being outfitted with an appropriately efficient and correct AC unit - not just quoting me the biggest or most expensive unit they could sell me. Every person I interacted with from SOS was incredibly knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. I would definitely recommend SOS to anyone requiring excellent HVAC service and care.

S.O.S goes above and beyond every time. I’ve had them install my HVAC system and help repair my AC unit. The whole crew was very professional and took pride is their work and service which I appreciated. I definitely recommend them for any HVAC and heating / cooling needs!
