Jaden was absolutely the most phenomenal technician. He was literally here within 10 minutes of calling, immediately diagnosed the issue, and fixed my problem. I have never been so satisfied with a company. And it was incredibly affordable. I’m just… genuinely shocked with how amazing this company is. I called both of my sisters and told them to use this company if they ever have heating and cooling issues. Just, yeah, amazing.

Corey and Mayson were amazing! My air went out and I’m 6 months pregnant. They came out and assessed the situation quickly and were able to install a whole new system the same weekend! My dogs and I were so greatful. Highly recommend this company and the people who work there! I’m definitely referring them to everyone!

You won't find a more dedicated and affable group of guys.
Bryson (one of the co-owners, I believe) was very accessible and responsive, coming over multiple times to diagnose and discuss options.
S.O.S. was very competitive when it came to pricing and seemed honest and flexible.
Throughout the process (they accidentally broke some sort of condensation pan when they installed the furnace, so they had to come back), Jake, Kolbe, and Paul were great as well. I can tell they have a close company culture where they all work well with each other and seem to enjoy their jobs. I love seeing that.
Their receptionist/dispatcher Taylor (who takes the phone calls) is also super nice.

They're not perfect (there were a few screws laying around when they left), but they were pretty close :)

John was very communicative and more than happy to explain how our A/C and it’s malfunctioning parts function so we could understand exactly what the issue was. I really appreciated how he broke down pricing, beginning from a quick fix all the way to an entire replacement, which is a great no-pressure way to go about it, in my opinion. So far this was just a consultation but overall I’m really impressed. Btw, they booked me next day. Super speedy. 10/10

We chose SOS Heating about a year ago to install an entirely new HVAC system in a condominium we purchased in Holliday. We completely remodeled that condominium, and ended up selling it after we remodeled.
We purchased a brand new home about three months ago and our furnace stopped working night before last. The builder instructed us to call a company of our choice, so I called SOS Heating again to see if they also provided service and repairs and thankfully they do. It was the middle of the day so I was concerned they were not going to have a service technician available to come over that late in the day, however when I called and asked if they did, she placed me on a brief hold while she asked the owner if he could find one of his technicians to see if he could work us in. They worked us in their schedule and had someone there in just a few hours. They had told us the supply houses closed and they could not get the compatible part, so they installed a part that got us through the night and they called me the next morning told me they had found a part locally and would be right over. Their concern was that the part they had installed would most likely be a problem because it was not the factory compatible part, so he returned the next morning and installed the better suited part.
I feel like you can always tell when the owners have a great company, because every single employee of theirs that we had interactions with made us feel like we were the most important customer, and it felt like they enjoyed their jobs, everyone was so awesome to speak with and work with.
This is the heating and air-conditioning company that we will use indefinitely, and we will absolutely refer these guys to our friends and family.
What a refreshing and wonderful experience. I feel like so many companies both small and large have lost the ability to provide this level of genuine high-quality customer service that we have experienced each and every time we have hired these guys.

I really appreciate the prompt and professional service given by sos heating and air. My AC went out on a 100 degree weekend and Randy came out within a few hours of my call, figured out what I needed and had a crew installing by the next morning on a Saturday! Kolbe and JD installed and were thorough, professional, and went the extra mile to make sure everything was taken care of.

The men working for SOS were amazing. They came in and fixed problems that another HVAC company created. They were so sweet, helpful, knowledgeable, and they educated me on how to maintain my system! (something the other company did not do). We will never be calling any other company again.

My a/c went out on a super, hot July day. Everyone in our house was miserable and ornery. I called a few other companies but Taylor with SOS Heating and Cooling answered immediately and won me over. She was so nice, understanding and had someone come over the same day! John arrived even earlier than scheduled and was so professional and not pushy. He listened and did everything he could to accommodate what I needed and what I could afford. He scheduled Cory and Mason to come and do the install a few days later. They were efficient, professional, nice, informative and we now have cold and refreshing air. My kids no longer want to leave the house. I highly recommend this company. Not only because my house is cooler than it has been in years, but because they take customer service to the next level. I won’t hesitate to call them again. Thanks!!!
