Jaden was the gentleman that helped me. He was very responsive, professional and knowledgeable. I was very impressed with him and would definitely use them again. I have not done the repair as of yet because I'm going through Home Warranty company. All I know so far is they have amazing customer service and are very responsive and eligible. Definitely would recommend

Bryson came out promptly, exactly when he said he would, to fix our air conditioner. He was very knowledgable and quickly diagnosed the problem, repairing it for very little cost. Even though our system was old he didn't try to pressure me into buying a new one, though I appreciated learning that the system is near the end of it's life span. I appreciate his integrity and honesty. When the time comes to replace or service our HVAC system, I will definitely be calling SOS!

I've used them to keep my system running and I'm planning on having them install a new one in the future.

Came home to a flooded basement thanks to a clogged furnace. Randy is the best hvac guy I've ever encountered. I've had 2 big name companies come out and misquote my issue. Randy came out AFTER hours and diagnosed the issue correctly within 5 minutes. He also charged me 1/5th of what the "other guys" did. Im never using another company again. THANK YOU RANDY!

Randy was on time very professional and he came through last minute and made sure my family had heat. I woke up and realized my furnace was not working. I called S.O.S. Heating and Cooling. S.O.S responded promptly. The technician arrived on time, and was super knowledgeable. The technician was Bryson. It turns out Byson is the owner of the company. Byson's knowledge was top notch. He was able to fix the issue with our furnace. Bryson did make a few observations about our current furnace. He showed me what happened and the risk of the same issue happening again due to the age of the furnace, 19 years old. Bryson was able to give me some quotes on the spot and great advise. Bryson was not pushy in any way he was just straight forward. I liked how he approached the subject matter, I liked his quotes, I liked how he handled himself and his business. I asked Bryson, "If I wanted a new furnace, how soon could you be back to install it?" Bryson looked at his calendar and simply responded, "today."
Bryson had a crew come back later in the day. They installed the new furnace in no time. Very respectful, courteous, and professional.
The price was great, the work was great. I can't thank S.O.S. Heating and Cooling enough.
