Update: since I can’t post a new one. The AC needed to be replaced a year later. Cory and team did a great job and didn’t try to sell me more than we needed. Jaden did a great job! 2 hours between calling and having AC working again. Will definitely use them again.

There was less than an hour between my initial inquiry online to a tech knocking on my front door. John was friendly, respectful and able to get my heat back up and running in less than an hour. I’m super impressed!

John came and was very conscientious of parking, covering his shoes to protect our floors, being on time, timely texts to keep us updated of arrival time, courteous, friendly and willing to go the extra mile to help us solve two serious problems we had. He was outstandingly wonderful!

Very timely and professional with helpful information, answering my questions. It was a quick process installing mini splits with heat pump.
I also like that its a small, local company.

Downgrading my review:
I signed up for the annual maintenance and scheduled my AC TuneUp and Randy came out, said they no longer include the filters so I ordered and changed that myself…then handed me a list of “immediate repairs” or the option to replace my AC (which he had mentioned last year as well). I know my AC is getting a little older but I also am not looking to shell out a ton of cash for kicks! Randy mentioned a range of brands and said he would send the owner to go over replacement options with me. That is where my experience turned sour. Bryson came out and only presented one brand exclusively, and every option got more and more expensive! The price range for replacement I had thrown around with Randy verbally was doubled and then tripled. I asked Bryson specifically about other brands to which he said “oh yeah Randy talks about Goodman and…but what You Want is a Lennox”. Excuse me! My home, my budget, if I ask about something I am interested in knowing about that option. Do Not TELL me what I want.
FFW less than a month I get a text from Nina asking to schedule my AC Tune Up 🤣 😐 um, is that not what Randy came out Last Month to do?!? Did he NOT do it? What did I pay for then? just to scheduled for high pressure high price sales pitch?!? No thanks!

I appreciate the past repairs Randy has done when I needed quick work but I’m not into high pressure “it’s going to die any day you need a $15k heat pump system”.

What I need is an honest HVAC company that understands how to present options and let the owner decide what works for them.

SOS is responsive, quick and fair on prices. They have come out quickly, been spot on with diagnosing the issue and how to cost effectively repair and maintain my system. I would be happy to recommend them to friends or family.

Bryson was terrific. He was able to get my furnace working and discussed options for getting the most out of the equipment. Will definitely be using these guys in the future.

These guys were great! My 29 year old furnace went out in the middle of a snowstorm. Within a few days I had a nice new system installed. Thanks!

Ame out within an hour of calling, technician was really cool 😎 transparent and educated professional help me understand. The issue was fixed within a few hours of my first all. Amazing work 👏

John was friendly, very knowledgeable and thorough. He did a great job!

Our heater went out over the weekend. We could not figure out what was going on. Called them Monday morning and they fit us in the end of day. Then said they could come earlier and got there at noon. Checked things out and said it was an easy fix. Only charged us $59 for tune up. Quick, professional and honest. So thankful they could come quick cause we have been freezing! Would definitely use again!
