We had an emergency come up later in the evening and when we called A-1, they called back within 5 minutes and within 20 minutes they were at our house. Brian was such a nice guy. He even talked to my husband about things we can do to help prevent an issue in the future. Great customer service. I would recommend them in the future.

My commode was damaged be a company doing window renovation at my home resulting in a significant water leak. I called A-1 and they dispatched a lead technician and an assistant right away. I decided to replace the commode due to the extent of the damage. I purchased one from a local supply store and A-1 removed the damaged one and installed the new one. The service was fast, professional and the crew left the bathroom in great condition.

Call on saturday morning for a appointment Monday. They say Monday morning. They call Monday morning saying a plumber will call me shortly. Plumber says between 3 and 5 pm. So I stay home all day just for a phone call at 505 pm saying we would have to schedule for The following day. Shouldn't have to take 2 days off work for service. Don't waste your time or money.

Shawn was quick to answer my before hours emergency call. Even though I was a little frantic when I called, he put me to ease over the phone right away. He called when he was on his way, just as he said he would. Got here in hardly any time at all. He explained what the issue was, how he was going to fix it and what to do if it happens again in the future, and his recommendations if it happens again in the future. He didn't just come in, fix and run or try to charge us for something crazy. Went over all of the options. He was extremely helpful, polite and professional. Even my husband who is very picky had nothing but great things to say! Shawn and A-1 are our "go-to's" from this point forward.

Great service! I called A-1 to come out to service my air conditioning unit. Larry was the technician that came out. He was friendly and checked the unit in a timely manner. I have used A-1 for plumbing and air conditioning work. A-1 has great customer service from the office personnel to the technician.

ON Sunday the 24th of August our toilet float assy in the main bathroom quit working. The water just kept running. I could not get the shut off valve to stop the water completely so I had to call a plumber. John answered the phone and made arrangements to be there in 1 1/2 hrs. He called and let us know he was stuck in traffic so it was another hour before he got there. John and the other plumber showed up, showed me how to stop the water at the shut off valve and proceded to say they would be replacing the float assy and flapper valve ...360.00!!!!! less a senior citizen discount of 75.00...that's crazy!!! When my face showed surprise the other one said "that's cheap!" They proceeded to repair the toilet and leave, done in 15 minutes. I have replaced the same type of items in many toilets in my life, my issue was I didn't want to cut off water to the house and thought the shut off was bad also. These parts were less than $25.00 and I assume plumbers get paid $25.00 an hour so we are up to $75.00...that's one hell of a profit for a 15 minute job. Then to make matters worse, the float assy was defective so it has started running again that evening at some point. Water ran ALL NIGHT!!! The next morning (Monday) I called them again and they came back out and said themselves it must be defective. Put in another float assy (same kind).Before I got off work the next day (Tuesday) it was running again. Needless to say I was hot when I called them. They said they could not make it that day and would be back sometime Wednesday. They were saying alot of other plumbers had been complaining about getting defective parts from a particular warehouse and this would be their proof. When they called today to let us know what they had already told us the night before about how busy they were and how it was the warehouses fault for selling a bad batch of parts, when we told them we had already been told that, they said "Don't get an attitude with us!" REALLY???? I will NEVER NEVER NEVER hire them again nor will I recomend them to ANYONE!!! POOR QUALITY SERVICE!!! Since when is it the customers fault that you have to come 3 times to fix a 15 minute job because YOU BUY CHEAP PARTS!!!

I had a pipe burst in my kitchen ceiling. I within 25 minutes a tech showed up. The Tech Steve Ruger was professional, clean ,quick and did a great job. This is the 2nd time I've used them and I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs there service. I will definitely use them in the future . Daniel Carter

Omg such a delightful wonderful angel who answered the phone this morning and helped me get my plumbing checked out and hopefully we can be financed so our plumbing can be used, God Bless you Desiree and Alexis for being so amazing!!

Sloppy! We had a clogged drain so maintenance called these guys to come clear it. The first guy showed up at 9:30 at night, did the same thing maintenance did and discovered that the tee where upstairs meets our line was clogged. So the bext day they show up and cut the wall out to find the tee and clear it. Not once did they try snaking down from upstairs where it was a straight shot & not 90⁰. After the clog was cleared they walked thru the house dripping black sludge on to our carpets. Had to have the rug steam cleaned. In whole they did the job but went well beyond what needed to be done.

I had a bad water heater valve that they replaced. The techs were Jeremy and Chaz. Both were efficient, polite and knowledgable. They were in and out in quick time and cleaned up. I would most definitely recommend these gentlemen any time. They are solid examples of professionalism.
