Scheduled them on a Friday for Saturday they wouldn’t give me a specific time or timeframe, called back Sunday morning, said someone named John would call me, Waited around all day Saturday to hear back from them, nothing, was away from my phone for 5 minutes, 2 pm when they called, called them back and said they were not gonna be able to come out because they tried calling and I didn’t answer so they moved on to the next house

David was extremely professional and knowledgeable! I recommend him and A-1 American for all of your plumbing needs!

Horrible service.... They installed a new HVAC system for us and the AC won’t cut off during the day even when it reaches the set temperature and they just keep saying they will call us back and NOBODY calls back. Do Not use this company they are NO GOOD!

We had a new system and ductwork installed. They charged.for permits but never pulled them. Shoddy workmanship on the ductwork.

Good luck with these people. If you enjoy paying 3 times the amount that other plumbers charge....give them a call!
