My mother bought a brand new system from this company. Now there is a problem and we are both having to chase someone down to get it fixed. They won't return calls and didn't show for the appointment they made.

Scheduled an appointment at 3:00 PM in the morning. No one showed up on time. Waited for another 2 hours, still nothing happened. Called in 2 times to check what's going on and be told to be patient. Thanks for wasting my time. Highly not recommended.

I was able to make a immediate appointment and they arrived promptly on time and the technician was very easy to work with. A1 is the go to for all my Plumbing needs from now on.

Scheduled an AC tune-up. No show. No call. No interest in customer service. Was simply told to call back and reschedule despite waiting all day.

I called Friday morning for a leaking water pipe. The tech called back saying he would be here later today. It's Monday morning now and I'm calling another plumbing contractor who will be here in 2 hours. Your service is questionable when you do not respond.

We appreciate the fast response of A-1 American. Jake was knowledgeable and efficient. We did not have to be home for him to install which fit our busy work schedules.

Bryan at A-1 American was great. Super nice and fixed the problem without any issue! Will be going to them for all my plumbing issues in the future.

Whatever you do, save yourself a bunch of money and DO NOT call out A-1 American. They will tell you that they charge by the job instead of an hourly rate. You will pay LESS money by paying someone a by the hour rate! DO NOT CALL!!!!

This is a great company the manger is a awesome person and the technicians are wonderful. They worked with me on my unit and furnace and came up with a great solution at A affordable price I highly recommend them.
