The company responded immediately and sent a technician the same day. Daniel did the trouble-shooting and recommended a 2nd visit with an expert on the system I owned. The technician by the name of Hazer was very knowledgeable and gave options for me to decide. I am considering to replace the unit. We recently replaced our upstairs HVAC system. After speaking with several different local companies we settled on QAE. They were very responsive, communicated well, answered all our questions, handled the county permits, and, with a discount, ended up being the cheapest. Were very surprised how quickly they completed the install, complete with taking away and cleaning up after the old system. Time will tell on quality and value of the system and service. But so far we're very satisfied and would recommend.
The initial rep and technician were incredibly helpful, understanding, and professional. However, I reported my AC was not working on Sat...received a Tues appointment with a promise to follow-up that day. I followed up the next day after not hearing back and a rude rep dismissed my concerns stating everyone's AC is out.

It is Thurs and my AC is still in disrepair. I plan to report this to my warranty company as well.
Great service. Daniel came out and helped me and he was very nice. We had a full conversation of the process of getting a new HVAC system. He explained to me why my AC is not cooling enough showed me in person the debris that was blocking my outside unit. Daniel walked me through what he was doing. Good experience on time and professional they came out the same day I called. He also gave me a rough estimate not like other companies that don’t give you any numbers and make you wait and sign papers not to disclose their information.
QAE techs are very knowledgeable, courteous and professional. They car about clients and try to solve problems the best they can. I do recommend QAE to anyone who cares about great service and professional fix. The Tech, Sahel has been to my home to work on a 2 separate AC units. Each time he solved my problem promptly and explained what he did and recommended some modifications when needed. Never tried to sell me anything I did Not need.
The technician was able to diagnose the problem, regarding what previous company had failed to do when installing my unit. I was given a clear explanation, and then the office representative presented an action plan on how to correct the problem, and what steps to take next. Without their visit I would had never known that the previous company had installed the wrong equipment. Thank you.
Technicians did a good job overall but communication from the company was terrible. Granted I worked with them through a warranty company and they did not make me feel like they were my technical experts. For example, they couldn’t tell me how long orders typically take (even if I had contracted them directly), they couldn’t say whether parts are readily available, if not what the options are and time implications, etc. in the end part was not available and so needed to replace the unit and no one told me about the change in scope. Instead they sent the warranty company an opaque bill of 2,700 as my copay. When I asked for a breakdown of total cost and what was covered by warranty I never got it after several tries. They issued me a commitment note which I needed to sign in the Body of an email and asked ME to put it in a document and sign!!! Not professional at all. Knowing how opaque their bill was, they collected the check before commencing work! And of course, they run into a problem and had to reorder a part. So I had paid fully for service I was not sure would be satisfactorily completed. In the end it was resolved (for now at least). Overall experience was poor.
