I am so happy and pleased with the service specially the team Afshin and Saber they came on time installed the new A/C checked everything to make sure all everything is in great working condition I highly recommend them the manager stephine she is so wonderful too understand the customer needs.

Everyone I spoke with or dealt with was both friendly and professional. The technician was on time explained exactly what he was doing and most importantly fixed my problem. In this time of COVID-19, the technican arrived with mask on and foot coverings. It was appreciated. I recently had my AC condenser unit completely die and filed a claim with my home warranty company who sent out QAE. They were professional and polite from the beginning of this process (which took two months thanks to mistakes and other various issues with my home warranty company).

I just want to say that the team at QAE went above and beyond to help me deal with my warranty company by also calling them and keeping me updated on the process. We hit a snag with manufacturing due to Covid-related shut downs with the manufacturer my warranty company orders from and QAE tried to help me find another company that had the part, but my home warranty company would only order from the one they had a contract with.

Once the new unit finally came in, QAE set up the earliest appointment and came out (and even worked through a flash flood thunderstorm) only for my air handler to begin failing. QAE’s staff were familiar with my saga at this point and preemptively ordered the parts needed on their own without waiting for my warranty company to do it and they were able to receive it quickly and set up an appointment to replace it within a few days—while also helping me get the unit covered by the warranty.

Overall, I’ve been completely impressed with QAE’s staff—from their friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful customer service associates to their speedy, professional, and skilled technicians. They kept me updated, worked hard, and did a beautiful job installing the new units. 10/10, I would 100% always recommend!

I was nervous during these times (covid-19) to have anyone come into our home, but I was very impressed by the safety precautions taken and professionalism of the technician. He was in and out very fast and we had heat again! We use a home warranty, so I can't comment on the value, but he did a great job for us.

Had QAE perform checks on my HVAC, to include maintenance on my unit, as well as thermostat and outside fan unit. QAE was responsive and performed all work on time and on budget. Thanks!

This company was previously called Eastern Tech. I have been using their services for 10 years now. Was quite impressed the first 5 years or so. They knew what they were doing and were flexible to accommodate you when you really needed them on short notice. A little more than 5 years ago, they replaced my Air conditioner and failed to mention to me that I need to register. If you register, the warranty is 10 years. Otherwise it's only 5 years. Our luck was so bad that the compressor went bad 2 months after the warranty expired. Talked to one of the lead technicians and they offered to replace the compressor for $1700 inspite of the initial quote of $2200. Finally when the work was completed they insisted that i pay $2200. Went ahead and paid them for their last job for me. Left a bitter taste in my mouth.

Quality Air Experts have been my "go-to" company for HVAC needs. I have a 20-year old system that stopped working. They were able to diagnose and fix the problem instead of just telling me that I need a new one. Of course, they did walk me through the benefits and cost of a new system, but they didn't force it on me.

QAE is very responsive. They provide more narrow service windows and always arrive within the stated window.

I will continue to use and recommend them!

Quality Air Experts LLC is a wonderful, reliable company. We had the pleasure of hiring them to install a new A/C for our home a few years ago, and ever since they have been present and responsive for ALL of our HVAC needs - even coming out quickly for emergency appointments. Their advice is sound and their manner is professional. Stop wasting time and money and call them to have a personal and direct contact with experts who live locally and are part of our community.

Quick turnaround from call to repair visit. Nice technician showed up on time, immediately got to the task and solved very quickly. Tech gave reasonable advice and warning about possible future needs on our 30 year old furnace that is still running. Thanks!!!
