My heatpump was not activating even though the AC was on inside the house so there was no cold air blowing through my house. I called another company, but they said they could not come until July 6th. I called QAE and they responded the same day as a I called and sooner than I had anticipated-- much appreciated. The technician, Parsa, was polite, pleasant and a true professional. I thoroughly enjoyed my interaction with him. He was extremely conscientious, very knowledgeable and exceptionally honest on what needed to be done. I would highly recommend him.

Ash from Quality Air Experts answered my call as my AC unit wasn’t working and inside temperature was 82. He was very helpful in outlining the process, was able to make a same day visit (after helping a neighbor earlier that day) and alerted me when he was 30 minutes out. The assessment and fix were quick and the price was reasonable - in fact it was the best price to come out and assess!

I highly recommend Ash and Quality Air Experts for any Air Conditioning needs.

Came to the property to check the AC unit and made an assessment. Once the assessment was made nothing was noted or communicated in the system 4 days as when the problem will be fixed and after making multiple calls.

I had to get a different company to come in and check the system only to find out that it was an incorrect assessment. This cost me 4 nights hotel stay and additional service payment to get it fixed.

What if I did not have the means to pay for a hotel and extra repair cost, I would have been in a hot house for days. Companies need to learn to communicate with their clients, it is call CUSTOMER SERVICE courtesy

Had an overall very good experience with QAE. I used them to replace my full HVAC system in my townhouse. I sourced several quotes and did a lot of research. QAE were very competitively priced, offered Carrier system which was my preference, and had better warranty options than the other quotes I received. They were very responsive and helpful throughout the quotes and decision process. They were very efficient and flexible in scheduling my appointment. The installation team was punctual, very respectful/professional/clean and clearly had a lot of experience. They took their time to do the job right, and I could tell the attention to detail. My home office is in the basement near the utility room, so I got to shadow the whole process. When they were done I didn't have to clean up a thing, they cleaned thoroughly and took all trash/debris with them.

COVID-19 precautions were strictly followed by installation team. Masks were on the entire time they were on my property (even during the outdoor work). This was their own policy, not just my request.

Very happy with my experience and investment with them. I plan to continue working with them on a regular annual maintenance contract for my system... and would recommend them to anyone who asks.

Both times we received a fast response and had Danial come quickly to resolve the issues. Technicians from Quality AIr Experts LLC did seasonal "tuneup" of our AC. Prior to the service the AC was working fine and we just wanted to optimise its cooling. Quality AIr techs recommended adding about 2lb of freon, which I agreed and paid for. Because of the cool weather, we did not use the AC for a couple of weeks. When we started using, it ran but did not cool. I called the Quality AIr for checking the system. They did not accept to even come and inspect the AC. I also called one of the technician who did the service. His phone did not accept calls! The lady who answers their phone call is particularly arrogant and rude. I had to call another AC servicing company. They diagnosed that dirty feron had been injected into the system and clogged/damaged the filter. The filter and feron had to be changed. It cost me over $1300 and waited about two weeks, during very warm season, for completion of the repairs.
Never use Quality AIr Experts they are very dishonest and unprofessional.
