Had Charlie out to do a PM on the AC unit. Punctual, courteous and efficient. We have signed up for the Preferred Customer Agreement, saves money.
Hales Corners came out to fix a leak in the AC lines. The lines were crimped when the builder installed them. Charlie and Cassey worked diligently since they had to remove a brick to access the leaky line. It took them 5 hours. I am pleased with the Armstrong HVAC unit that they installed. We have signed two Preferred Customer Agreements, so we would recommend them to others. My brother-in-law recommended them, he was in the business for over 30 years.
Mike did not perform all the checks that Chris and Charlie did last year. He did not clean the outdoor cabinet with the hose. Did not charge for 8oz of freon, that was appreciated.

Hales Corners Heating and AC were first rate from their estimate to installation to their follow up...I definitely would recommend this company. Their overall service speaks for itself.

Well it's been 1 year and Charlie was professional, knowledgable, pleasant, and considerate as always when coming out today for my first furnace tune-up! First rate service and company! Thank you, Charlie!

Called for service to repair our furnace on the day of Christmas Eve and big thank you to service techs Evan and Austin. Great service restored in under 30 minutes.

Mike was at our house and did our Air conditioning maintenance package. He was very thorough. He found the capacitor that might be defective on our unit which was bought in 2009 and through a thorough testing he found it to be good. He answered all my questions and I was very pleased with his work. He cleaned the fins on the air conditioning unit.

We have had Hales Corners Heating as our Heating/AC Business for many years. They have always been very responsive to our needs and keep us up and running no matter what the season. They are courteous and responsive when needs arise. We are very pleased to recommend them to all for heating and A/C needs!

We had a tech come out to do a boiler tune-up. He spent roughly 75% of the time he was here on the phone and even told me he was confused when looking at the piping and zone setup.
Afterwards, our boiler started making a banging noise it'd never made before so we called to have someone else get sent out. The second tech said everything looked fine but "he'd recommend an entirely new system". At this point, two people had charged us over $200 and had spent close to 3 hours in our basement.
Over the next 4-6 weeks, our upstairs zone never seemed to heat up. It was "running" 24 hours a day but not getting any warmer. Our downstairs heat was rising and keeping the upstairs between 58 and 60 degrees but the pipes upstairs were cold. We have a 6 month old and 2 year old at home and holidays were thrown in there so we had our hands full and never got around to calling anyone. We're only upstairs at night so it wasn't super pressing . Eventually, we called a different company to come look. They were in the basement about 2 minutes with me before telling me that the upstairs zone was closed. They also said the coil meant to heat the basement (and floor under our living room) was also turned off. Within 5 minutes, both areas they'd just opened were heating up. They also told us the boiler was fine and replacing it would be a waste of money.
I called Hales Corners and spoke with the owner, really more trying to understand what happened more than anything. I didn't yell or complain. I just spoke rationally and explained the situation: That we had spent over $200 on services we didn't really receive.
He was extremely rude and condescending, telling me that he has the best talent "in 10 counties", the other company probably didn't know what they were talking about, and that we had likely messed with it after his techs were there. After 20 minutes on the phone and him admitting that his tech that did the tune-up was new and had to call for help, I gave up and cut my losses. At the end of the day, all I was looking for was a refund of what we had to pay the other company to come out ($100).
All in all, between the owner's refusal to listen and the second tech telling us we needed a new system, I'm convinced they turned off both zones on purpose to try and make it look like we needed a new boiler.
That said, we've had this company, including the same tech, service our AC in the past and that service was fine. Either way, I would recommend looking elsewhere for your boiler needs.

We have used Hales Corners HAVC for almost 20 years and they never have failed us. They have always provided outstanding service and stand behind their products.
We just had the heating and AC replaced as units were getting up in years. The scheduling was easy and fast. Everything went as expected they did the job right and no issues.
We are very pleased with all the service we have had in the past years. From the office folks to the service techs and install teams.

Terrible. Unknowledgeable. Untrustworthy. Read all the reviews as I'm not the only one who thinks so. My parents' Carrier furnace needed servicing. The technician came out messed around with the furnace and ultimately told my parents that they would have to go back to the dealer they bought the furnace from because it was under warranty Of course, none of that makes sense! Carrier warranties the parts, the dealer does not. (Waited on hold for 18 minutes to speak with Carrier and confirm this is true before writing this review) Charged them over $300 far more than just a service call. Called and spoke with the owner. After much talking found out they are not an authorized Carrier retailer which explains why they didn't want to fix it or jump through the hoops to get the warrantied parts. The tech could have determined that immediately. Additionally, he let me know that the tech spent an hour looking at the furnace which I said would be the $99 diagnostic fee but didn't explain the additional $235 repair fee since nothing was repaired. He told me time is money! Btw, he told me Carrier was lying when they said any authorized dealer could fix a Carrier furnace under warranty. Hmmmmm.. who's lying?

The team was very professional. Showing me how the Honeywell Thermostat worked and programming it. Minimum Noise while installing, ( Wife and I work from home ), Very courteous and focused. Skilled and working more rapidly. That is to say they came to work, the did the work, and then they left. We are very pleased with the work and the outcome of the installation.
