Very responsive, sent someone out right away. Less expensive than the other quotes we got for our furnace, and came out a year later for a free tuneup. Will definitely call again when we need a new a/c.

I came home from work on Saturday night to discover that my (very) old furnace had stopped working. The previous time that one of their techs had come out to service it, he recommended installing a new one, but I had deferred at that time and they were still able to make the old beater run. This time, though, I knew it was finally done and I logged onto the HCH&AC website to put in a work order. Within 30 minutes, late on a Saturday night, the owner, Scott, called me directly to talk about options to install a new heater. Due to other scheduled installations, I was told that I would likely have to wait it out until Tuesday until his crew could get to my house. Monday, at noon, I received a phone call saying that his crew could be at my house in an our to get me back up and running with a new furnace. The crew of three were all friendly, masked, and professional, and I had an old furnace removed, a new furnace installed, and heat, all within 3 hours. We have been using HCH&AC for years (13+) and have been satisfied with their service. This year , during the annual furnace tune-up, the technician had a carbon-monoxide hand held detector and was checking several vents while the furnace was on. It was a nice addition to their normal/great service.

Great experience! We received a prompt and thorough inspection of our old furnace. We received a fair and reasonable quote for a new one. In a weeks time, the technicians arrived and installed a new unit. Friendly service. Knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

Our A/C stopped working so we called Hales Corners Heating and Air, and the owner Scott was extremely helpful in getting a technician out the same day to look at our air. Because our air is so old, we needed a replacement system (which we kind of already figured with its age) and the owner Scott gave us a clear proposal so we knew exactly what we were paying for with the cost and was able to get us scheduled for an install in a very timely manner. I would highly recommend this company, there pricing is very reasonable compared to other overpriced companies in the area and the owners and employees are very knowledgeable, helpful and kind.

Nine years ago I became a customer of Hales Corners Heating and Air Conditioning when I was shopping for a new furnace. I also a few years later had them install a new air conditioner for me. I have had yearly check ups to make sure all is well... with both units.
During the regular check up this year a problem was detected on the furnace. Scott (owner) went spent time with me determining how he could best help me, he worked with the manufacture noting that I had had yearly check ups on the furnace. Scott was able to convince the manufacture to have the replacements covered under warranty. Scott (Owner), Matt (check up technician), and Brian (Technician who did the repair) were all friendly, well spoken, good communicators, and professional.
I would highly recommend Hales Corners Heating and Air Conditioning for any of your furnace or air conditioner needs.

Had a new furnace and air conditioner installed today I’m very pleased with the service and professional manners of the two installers. They were on time Friendly and explained everything to me. They cleaned up after themselves I could not be happier

Woke up Sunday morning to our furnace not working and showing the same error code we had just fixed back in May, I knew we needed to replace the furnace since something "bigger" had to be going on. Called Hales Corners Heating on Sunday, explained we needed a quote for a furnace replacement and were in a "no heat" situation. We were told that we would be contacted by Scott (the owner) by 8 AM on Monday. Sure enough, exactly 8 AM Monday Scott calls, we explain the situation and he said he would be over by 9 AM. He arrived early, we went through our options, gave us a very fair price compared to an estimate we received in May from a competitor for a lower-grade unit. He was very honest and told us that they were backed up, but that he was trying prioritizing people like us with "no heat" situations and he should be able to work us in by Thursday or Friday at the latest. It worked out that at 2 PM on this afternoon (Wednesday), we had the doorbell ring and they had shown up to install our new furnace. By 4:30, the new unit was up and running, and we are now back in a very happy and WARM home just in time for the snow. The technicians who installed our unit were quick, professional, and very clean with their work.

Considering we had called 3 other heating contractors in the area on Sunday and Monday morning to see about competitive quotes and the earliest any of them said they could come our to even give us an estimate was Wednesday afternoon in a "no heat" situation, and with Hales Corners we not only had the estimate but the new unit installed, they have gained a level of respect from me.

Our furnace broke down one evening in the middle of winter. We called Hales Corners Heating & Air Conditioning and they sent a representative who arrived within 15 minutes of that call. He was able to diagnosis the problem and provide a solution immediately. We set up an install the next morning, which they handled in a very timely manner, and have been not had any trouble with that appliance since.

My family received extremely professional and honest service throughout the process. I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone who is having HVAC concerns. Our air conditioner is nearing its end-life and Hales Corners Heating & Air will be the company I select to replace it.

Very disappointed in my experience. Our ac needed refrigerant which I was told would be a minimum of $500 and then the technician said the company owner wanted to talk to me on his cell. The owner instructed me that they don’t carry the Refrigerant because it’s been discontinued since 2020 and that we would need a new ac unit and also a furnace because of clearance heights. Our house is only 14 years old and our furnace has operated without any issues. They charged a service call rate and left. Well found another local company that had the gas , fixed our unit and charged less then HALF of what was initially quoted by Hales Corners. Their pricing practices are very questionable and in the high range.
