Very professional, friendly, talented plumbers that are not only expert plumbers, but also have the strength to do heavy lifting associated with a gas water heater installation in the attic! Could not have asked for a better experienced crew and a quick delivery and installation. Highly recommended and would certainly use Sentry again. Arrived on-time and completed the job ahead of schedule.

We had an issue over the weekend with our generator. Diego Vazquez, electrician, was dispatched to our home. Mr. Vazquez showed up on time, was very professional, and went the extra mile to make sure all our issues were resolved. Great customer service and electrician. We would highly recommend him as a spokesperson for your company.

Our AC stopped working on a Saturday evening. We called to see when a technician could come out and they came out the very next day on Sunday morning. David G. got to my home in the morning and was courteous, knowledgeable and found the problem very quickly. He had our A/C up and working in 2 hours on the hottest 2 days of this Spring. So glad we use Sentry for our A/C and our generator.

My wife and I recently had sentry tear out and install a completely new HVAC system in our 50 year old home. It was a very labor intensive job and the men who performed this work were just the best. Our Senrty plumber arrived early on a Sunday morning to clear a clogged toilet. He had the toilet unclogged very quickly and was very polite and professional. I would highly recommend Sentry for your plumbing needs.

I had a leaking shower faucet, which, if you have Birmingham Water, will quickly turn into a monster water bill. Jonathan and Josh came out and promptly fixed the leak. I also had a clogged drain that they cleared for me. I don’t normally write these things (reviews - this is actually a first) but Sentry responded and fixed my problems on the same day I called, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the job and fair pricing.

Jordan and Alex were at my home on time and did an outstanding job in efficient time. Took out old system and installed new system replacing pipes and drain lines and bringing my system up to code. This was precise and professional. Highly recommend.
