Can't say enough good things about Sentry Heating & Air. When our AC went out, David came to the house that day and had us a quote. The installers, Alex and his team, were at the house the next day putting in our new system. I mentioned a couple of items to Alex when they completed installation, David followed up with me promptly and had the team back over to put the finishing touches on the project. Everyone was extremely professional. Anyone in the OTM area looking for AC service should definitely give Sentry a call.

We had an HVAC system installed in March 2021 that started giving us problems just a few months later in May. The original installer could not diagnose the problem. We finally called Sentry and they arrived the same day and Silas was able to diagnose and fix the problem in a matter of hours. We will be calling Sentry for all of our HVAC needs in the future.

Technician Brandon Bowen has worked on our master shower and has flushed our water heater. He is so kind, professional and will take time to answer all of your questions! I have an old generator that Sentry has serviced for years. I needed parts that were no longer made by maker of generator. They searched for the parts and installed them. All involved were very professional and did a wonderful job getting the generator back working like new. I am very pleased and would highly recommend Sentry service.

Had preventive maintenance work done on two air conditioning systems. Notified by tech that the smallest of the two was out of freon. Scheduled an estimate appoint to look at a new system. They must have a quota for estimates, was informed the other system was fine, of course the yellow sheet left behind indicates low on coolant. Adressed with estimator who said he would follow up with service. No response, filled out the survey emailed got a call from service email from service manager it went to junk mail. When I found it I replied and contacted by phone the next morning. Told dispatch would call me now a week later with no call. Guess with this kind of service I am glad I did not purchase a replacement system from them. There are many other locations that provide such service I would recommend finding another provider.

Do not use Sentry's plumbing division. My husband ordered a new thermocouple kit from the manufacturer of our gas hot water heater and the Sentry technician failed to install the orifice on the new kit which led to our unit smoking from the inside and releasing CO2 throughout our home. The fire department and gas company responded that evening. The next day my husband called a second plumber who quickly diagnosed the issue and successfully repaired our unit to restore our hot water. After paying for the second plumber's service call (an additional $200), we were out of pocket over $500 for the repair. My husband has since called four times within the past two weeks and left messages for the manager to speak to and no one will return his calls. Don't let this happen to your family.

Sentry is professional, knowledgeable, on time, and dependable. I have used them on several occasions for plumbing, heating/cooling, and electrical/generator work. I highly recommend them. They are not always the cheapest, but they always do great work.
