My service Tech was Ben. He was on time , very polite , and very knowledgeable. He gave me many pointers on preventative maintenance on the HVAC. He even made a call to one of your plumbing tech’s on a question I had about the hot water and ac drain. Fortunately, there were no issues.
I have used all 3 of your services. HVAC, Electrical, and Plumbing. I am well satisfied with all work done.
I have no problem recommending all 3.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

Had them set up for a fall and spring service of my A/C units at our home. Both system’s work fine when they arrive. 5 days later we have one system is no longer working. Was told for 99 dollars they would come back out to see what was wrong.

We have had issues with their service tech in the past but wanted to give them one more try. Never again will they be in my house.

Do yourself a favor and find a A/C company that you can trust. This is not that company

Is it just me or all the post 4 century edited, they came out to run Diagnostics on my condenser told me it would be $99, I told them the issue was the capacitor which the technician agreed I was right. Tell my wife it would be $397 to put in a $20 capacitor and then on top of that I was charged the $99 for Diagnostics. I feel like that Sentry took advantage obvious trouble I had with my air conditioning unit. Will never use them again.

New Problems now. I filled out a request for an appointment and was called the next day and got an appointment for later that afternoon. The service guy was nice and tried to make sure to keep my floor clean. I was told that I needed more refrigerant and my coils cleaned. After that I did notice a difference in the air in the house. I was told that I only had a cap loose as the cause of the refrigernant being low in the first place. Now....I have an entirely new set of problems that have started since. Now the unit is freezing and water is leaking back in the house. So now I'm waiting for someone to fix all of this, hopefully before it become scorching hot. Who knows what the new costs will be.
