Sentry Heating, Air Conditioning, Plumbing, & Electrical

We have been using Sentry for years! Yesterday they installed new central heat and air…the price was fair…they were prompt…courteous…did quality installation and cleaned up everything! Kudos to Alex Jamie and Terry J. Well done guys! Well done!

I recently had my ductwork replaced. Everyone that I dealt with at Sentry was very knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. Everyone starting with the technician, Cole, who evaluated the problem, to Ben, who planned the replacement, to Terry and his crews that did the installation were great. They kept me updated and informed every step of the way.
I will recommend Sentry to everyone!

Discovered major leak in finished basement. Ceiling tiles had fallen to floor. Total of 13 were ruined from water damaged. Approx 1/2 inch of water on floor. Insulation was ruined. I called Sentry at 3PM for urgent help and was told no one was available until after 6PM at which after-hours rates would be in effect---$200 for first 30 minutes, then $169 per hour. A technician arrived at 5:40 and could not find the source of the leaking. He was present for 1 hour and 20 minutes and charged me $730.His only activity was cutting two holes in my sheet rock approx 12 .inches square (5 minutes at $369). His rather absurd explanation: the washing machine had a temporary blockage causing it to overflow with water running down the HVAC vent?????

Positive aspects: the technician was a nice guy and readily admitted he had no idea how to proceed.

I have used Sentry for HVAC maintenance for 10 years with good results, so when one of my units needed to be replaced, I chose Sentry to install a new Carrier unit. I was most impressed.The install team arrived at my home at 7:30 a.m. and worked until 5:30 p.m. Joseph, Jamie and Alex were very professional. They were careful to wear shoe coverings when inside and cleaned up before they left. It was raining, so they put up a tent for the outside work. They were so quiet, I hardly knew they were in my home. They went over everything they did with me before they left. It was a great experience.

As anticipated, my upstairs unit needed to be replaced 3 months after Sentry did a great job replacing the downstairs unit. This time it was Sentry team Ben (sales), Jamie (installer from March install) and Jordan T (installer) to the rescue. Jamie and JT did an outstanding job in extreme attic heat. As before, they were polite and professional. Great experience. I hope to be cool in the summer and warm in the winter for many years to come. Thank you, Sentry.

My main level HVAC gave out in the middle of June! My mother lives with us and has COPD, so the added heat and humidity were an added pressure on her breathing. Since Sentry had installed our second level HVAC several years ago, I knew I could call them and get excellent service. They came the next day and started work the following day. Kenneth Wells explained that I could add an air purifier that would help my mom’s breathing on a daily basis. Great News!! Thanks Kenneth. The two technicians, Jamie and Jordan H.,Were both very friendly and professional. They worked really hard to get the job done before the end of day. They were life savers!! I will definitely recommend Sentry services to others, as well as continue to use myself!

I do business with Sentry in the heating and air conditioning side of their business, as I do with many other heating and cooling companies. You wont find any company out there that is more trustworthy than Sentry, honesty and integrity are important, and you will find that at Sentry. Their knowledgable technicians continue to stay up to date by attending training every year. Technology is changing, and if you dont train you can make mistakes when working on a customers equipment. I endorse Sentry as a top notch heating and air company.

My experience with Sentry was nothing but positive! From initial estimate to install, everyone was kind, worked quick and efficiently. We had Butch help us pick out the system we needed and then Jamie and Jordan installed. They were all SO nice and it was a pleasure working with each of them.
