Sentry Heating, Air Conditioning, Plumbing, & Electrical

Alex and Jamie with Sentry replaced our HVAC System and water heater today with a new Carrier Infinity HVAC, I-Wave R, thermostat, and an American water heater. They were very efficient and courteous throughout the installations, and used Sentry from their ads and close vicinity to our location. We were very pleased with our older Carrier system, and decided to continue with that brand. We also replaced the old American water heater with the same brand. During the pre-purchase discussion with Sentry (Ben), we were pleased with the options offered, as well as the fine installations of the HVAC and water heater. If ever needed in the future, we would use Sentry again for their services.

On Friday, June 18th, Alex and Jamie installed a new AC and heating system in our home. They showed up on time and were very professional through the entire process. They ran into a few issues during the installation but they handled all of them extremely professional with no complaining. They definitely knew what they were doing and the new system looks great! We had to have a new system installed. Kenneth was very helpful in discussing options, providing a detailed quote, and scheduling the installation. Alex and Jordan showed up first thing, worked quietly and efficiently through the day and completed the install and testing with politeness, respect, and good humor.

Of course, on a holiday weekend, had a problem with our a/c unit! It turned out to be a clogged drain line which was shutting off the system. David (technician) came to the house to address the situation. David was very professional and thorough in his service. He made sure everything was working well and cleaned the entire area before leaving! While the drain line was previously installed by a different company prior to the install of our new units from Sentry, Chris (service manager) took very good care of us! This company truly cares about its customers and rewards them for their business! I can’t thank everyone at Sentry enough for all that they do!! Great company.

Update March 2021 - STILL HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Our electrical system in our house went crazy last night in the middle of the night. I called the 24 hour service. Sweet lady called me right back at 1:30 in the morning - I wanted to have tech out first thing Sunday morning. I apologized for her having to wake up at 1:30 on a Saturday night / Sunday morning to deal with this and she was so nice and said “that’s what we are here for”. Brett - was also super nice when he came out Sunday morning. Never did I feel like I was a bother - super super nice and positive man that got to work and had my problem fixed. I hated to call them out on a Sunday but was worried with electricity it might burn my house down. Never did I feel a bother - such a positive experience. So glad I have them for electricity, a/c and plumbing. Every experience I have had with them over the last 4 years has always been great!

2019 - We needed two new air conditioning units - all of the people at Sentry were so professional. They had a great price and every technician was polite, professional and on time. Our units work great and power bill is lower! A few months after the a/c units our hot water heater flooded the garage. They were at the house the next morning and replaced. Great price again and on time service. We have also used them for general maintenance of a/c units and everyone has been great. For us they were polite, great service and great pricing. Highly recommend!

Austin with Sentry replaced our pressure valve and main shutoff. It was a difficult job due to the location of the pcv but he knocked it out of the park. I would highly recommend him if your in need!

Was thrilled to find out that Sentry could install floodlights as well as my Ring Floodlight Cam for me. Chad did a great job ~ he was very professional including taken time out to explain how everything worked. I have used Sentry for years for my heating and cool needs and now I’m happy to be using them for my electrical needs!!

My wife and I have used Sentry for many years.

They've always been responsive, including coming on a holiday weekend several years ago, when we had a backup in a drain line.

They've also been willing to work with us on payment options, when needed. And, when we did have an issue with service (it's happened one time) they returned within the half hour to make it right.

After having other HVAC and plumbing companies and individuals work for us, we now have Sentry on contract to handle all of our HVAC and plumbing needs.

So far, we've been extremely pleased.
