Immanuel and Alfred were thorough and knowledgeable in their job. I must commend the company as a whole for their professionalism and courtesy. Although I am not completely educated in the AC terminology, I quickly picked up that they took their time to explain, and were patient with me and all my questions. I appreciate that this company as a whole worked around my schedule. This made it stress free for me because of the investment I made: and I did not feel rushed. Call them for your AC needs. My technician, Elfrid, was wonderful and so professional. He made sure I understood what it was I needed and gave me 6 different options for prices and didn’t pressure me or try to upsell me. That’s huge for me. And I love that I have a warranty and someone will come out and give me a tune up for winter. I am very pleased with the service I was given!

All I can say is that I’m extremely happy with the service provided by this family owned business. I had a complete new HVAC installed a couple of weeks ago and the installation crew was quick and very professional. The unit works wonderful. I couldn’t ask for better quality work and professional people. Phone calls I placed were returned in a timely manner and questions were answered. Trina and Richard, the son, were both knowledgeable and they take pride in this business. I was referred to a friend of mine and to this very day, they’re still happy with their unit. I was having problems with my Noritz tankless water heater. Ricky arrived on time and is very personable. He was able to quickly troubleshoot the problem and make the repair right away. He explained everything to me taking time to make sure I understood the process. (I have had problems with repairmen in the past thinking that because I am a woman I couldn't possibly understand mechanical things) I appreciated that he spoke to me, not at me. I am so happy with the quality of service hat I received, Air One will be at the of my list for plumbing, Heating/Air needs in the future. Infact I plan to have them back to do my semi-annual Heater/Air-conditioning service soon.
