I send a service request to air one and they responded to my request right away and we set an appointment to check my ac it was about 40 years old they recommend to get a replacement..and the installation was a excellent experience due that Alfred and Todd and the other two guys that performed the job did an amazing job they made me feel like family it was a great experience I highly recommend air one ..

Air One serviced an air conditioner that was not cooling our home. Richard the Owner/Operator of Air One was professional and personable, as was the technician Johnny!
Richard explained to me what the problem was and what was needed to repair it. He answered all my questions, before, during and after the repair was done.
Johnny the technician was very thorough with his work and didn’t mind my questions about the workings of the heating and cooling system.
We asked them to check out our ductwork and they obliged. Their advice was very much appreciated. We are currently considering having it replaced as it is old and has some wear and tear issues. When we decide to replace it, we will use Air One. I think we received great service at what seemed a fair price. We were very comfortable having them in our home. We definitely recommend their services!

Air One came out to my home to perform HVAC maintenance. The technician Ricky Martinez was great. He arrived at the designated time, He was friendly and professional. He was very thorough with his work and he left the area clean afterwards. We greatly appreciated the service he provided.

Air One was at my home to repair a problem with my heating system.
The fan which blows the heat from the system wasn’t working.
Ricky Martinez was our technician once again.
And once again he nailed it!
Found the problem, fixed the problem. Period!
While here he also performed the needed maintenance on our system.
Heat is back and working as it should!

Back to Back!!! Unbelievable service this company is my go to for AC service and repair. I have 2 houses 1 in Ontario and 1 in Chino, yesterday Tuesday my home in Ontario had to have service done asap since I use that house for short term rentals and my guests informed me that the AC was not cooling. They came through with a quickness and resolved the issue and had my guests feeling nice and comfortable.Well my AC at my house in Chino oddly enough was not cooling. I called them today Wednesday at 10am by 11am Ricky M was at my home checking the AC. He determined it was the thermostat. Ricky recommended a maintenance service and took care of the thermostat issue. Needless to say this company is the BEST! Both times I called everyone was so professional, helpful and they communicate through the process, so Trina, Richard L, Andrew and Ricky M. Thank you all very much both houses now have the AC back up and working and we can now cool off:)

They where very nice! We didn't have anyone else able to come today and they showed up within an hour. The technicians were honest and upfront giving us information we didn't even know we needed. Our ac is over 15 years old. When we get a new one in a year we will be going threw this company to replace it. Efficient ,courteous, gave us all the information.

The two service men showed in the time as stated they would be here. Both guys were professional and got to work immediately. They diagnosed the problem and explained the problem as soon as it became clear. The problem with the system was remedied, cleaned up and it was up and running in short order. I highly recommend Air One. They were quick, efficient and helpful.
