Air One A/C, Heating & Plumbing

I've used Air One for years and of course I called them when I needed a new heater and a/c unit. Rocky and Deion came out to check out what units were best for me. They were honest and have great prices. We scheduled the install and the crew showed up on time. Richard, Al, Ruben and Todd were all professional and hard working., and cleaned up everything at the end of each day. I will always recommend this business. They are the best in the Inland Empire!

My husband and I were skeptical about finding a company to work with since we've never had a HVAC system before... But we chose Air One and we're extremely happy we did! Richard made sure we understood what he was doing and reassured us when we expressed our worries. We signed up for their program to have bi-yearly maintenance and are grateful for all future services we'll be receiving!

I am so pleased with Richard III Lozano. I had a bad experience with one of the other employees. Who put in parts and charged me before discussing me the problem and my system wasn’t working. He said to wait it will take time. Never did! I called and they sent Richard he went above and beyond. He found other problems that the first guy should have. He explained in detail everything. He even washed my system down!!! He made sure cold air came out. I’m so comfortable now and can enjoy my days! I give him 5 stars!! He is amazing. I also got into there maintenance plane to come out twice a yr. Omgosh I’m so glad they sent him he was so friendly and professional the way it should be when you pay so much money to fix and a/c. Thank you Richard!

This business went above and beyond! Outstanding customer service, provided me and my family peace of mind. They were able to communicate with me even though I am stationed in Virginia, they were able to explain the whole process in Spanish to my mom, like I stated, this business is superb to say the least! I would recommend to anyone! I will personally pay them a visit to thank them next time I visit my family in Rialto.

Richard and Ruben were both excellent technicians, providing their knowledge and expertise as they answered all of my questions. They came in to repair my AC which was not working in this extremely summer hot weather. They provided prompt service to me and my family and I cannot thank them enough for their superb service and professionalism!

I’ve been an Air 1 customer for years. Initially, I called numerous businesses and either lack of customer service or availability was an issue. I reached out and from the very first employee to the last, was amazing. Customer service is HUGE for me. Their pricing was also super competitive so the decision to work with them (and continue to work with them) was a no-brainer. I don’t leave reviews often but this one stood out. Thank you!

Ricky was fantastic. He was very cordial and professional and appeared to know exactly what he was doing. He quickly diagnosed the problem and offered alternatives on how we can address it. On a scale of 1-10, I would rate Ricky an 11.

I am very happy to write this review. One of my AC unit stopped working and had to be replaced with a new one. Dion and Andrew from Air One came over explained about different AC units their capabilities, pricing and recommendations, answered patiently all the questions we had in making a decision and gave a great deal.

I am very happy with the installation of new A/C unit and replacement of registers in the entire house by Air One technicians Todd , Elfrid.
I give these guys a 5 star rating for the amazing job and will call them for any AC /heating repairs in the future.
