This summer has been so hot, and I’ve had what seemed like a 30+ year old AC system that wasn’t getting the job done. I reached out to Air One for an estimate and was immediately contacted by one of their customer service representatives to set up an appointment. Air One’s Comfort Advisor, Jason, was at my house within just a few hours to present my wife and I with the best options suited for our home. Jason was very personable and was not your average “pushy” salesman. Jason cared about our family and made sure we picked out the best system for our home. My wife and I chose Air One for our A/C service. Jason was able to call one of the office managers, Andrew, right away and scheduled our install appointment for the very next day! Andrew was very friendly over the phone and made sure we knew he was there for us if we had any questions.

The following day, Jeremy, the service technician, arrived at our home with his team to complete the install of our new A/C system. The team was very friendly and respectful and made sure the work they did was left better than when they arrived.

If you are looking for a professional, family owned business, You won’t have to look much longer. Thank you Air One for everything!

Came out the same day to fix my water heater. They are alwaya professional and pleasant

They were first company to recommend a new electronic filter system. The keep track of the time and change the filter every six months. I know longer worry about my heating or air systems.

Richard has been awesome. Got a quote from him for a new system and he was super professional and knowledgeable. Then when my current system had an issue he has been incredibly responsive and helpful to get us back up and running. He went out of his way to help us get AC Back in the house and he is just awesome.
Follow Up 6 months later: We again went back to Air One for our full system replacement. Richard was super professional, explaining to us all our options and getting us a great deal on a full system w/ducts. We have had the new AC for the past month and it is simply amazing. We have incredible air flow in our house and you can smell and feel the difference of hospital quality air. I would recommend Air One to anyone who has any AC needs.

What a solid crew this company has. Our old house had just about every problem you could throw at these guys. Every step of the way they went above and beyond to help us out. We'll be recommending them to all our friends and family. If you're in doubt about your AC/Heating, please have these guys come out and take a look. Trustworthy, friendly, and helpful.
