Air One is great. Ricky and his partner are excellent servicemen.

I’ve used AirOne for out system for about 8 months. Our spring tune up was great. Just had our Fall Service where they found a two small things that needed repaired added. Provided me a great quote called the office to schedule. Was able to get the same tech sent out and repair was completed with out any issues.

Overall, as of today everything is working well. I had a furnace, AC, and all ducts replaced. It was a big project. The installers were nice, they did leave some holes in the ceiling though. They forgot to replace one vent and it took months to finally get it. The wrong filter was put in and we found that out when we bought the exact same one and it didn't fit. The old one was forced to fit. Air one did take the one we bought and gave us the right one. Someone also had cut our water hose, and the drywall repair looked really bad. There was a second attempt to fix it but it still looked like random cuts of drywall thrown onto the ceiling. It was fixed by another company who does drywall. Our bedroom and master bathroom vents did not work; no air would come out of them. Someone came from air one and fixed it for us as well as the holes in the ceiling. Everything is fine now. It was just quite a journey to get there.

Air One Air conditioning showed up on time for the estimate appointment and installation. The team worked all day to remove our 20 year old system and install the new HVAC system. They were professional in all areas and made sure everything was the best.

Ricky is always wonderful. He is prompt, helpful and experienced. We have never had a problem with his work and he is an easy person to work with. I feel comfortable having him in my home even when I am here by myself. We have already arranged to have him come back to extend the condensation piping in the backyard. Great job Ricky and Air One!!!

Best A/C service around, if you don't use them your wasting your money

Deon and Andrew came over and explain to me what was wrong with my ac and they were really helpful and professional . When the system was installed crew explained and made sure I understood their work . I’ve got other quotes from other places but they were not specific of the work it needed to be done and or never got a quote. Highly recommend Air 1Heating &ac . Good job guys!!!!!!
