Part 2... Richard is awesome. He walked us through and explained all of the units and made sure we were satisfied with our purchase. No pressure! Immanuel, Jacob and Jeremy installed a complete unit for us. These young men are very professional and very polite. They kept me well informed throughout the process and made sure they cleaned up before they left. They were here a long time and didn’t want to leave until the job was done. I really appreciate that. Richard even came by when they were done to check on things and made sure we knew how to operate our new system. Shout out to Trina and Andrew as well for their help and politeness. I was very disappointed because I called to get service when I kind of already knew my blower fan motor have went out. I felt like I was being pressured to buy a whole new unit being that I I am a disabled senior citizens on Social Security I did not have thousands of dollars to get a new unit. Rick was friendly enough but I would have preferred him at least using a screwdriver for my 80 bucks. UPDATE: . I must say Air is ok. I was a little hot before but they came through as promised and I am impressed. I couldn't afford the repair but a very nice lady called me the next day and they refunded my money for the service call that's a FIRST!!! Thank you AIR ONE 😚😀

We had a Diagnostics service and estimate -we ended up using our warranty company but we were able to know the issue before hand so was very helpful to know what was the issue. Every thing correlated and accurate.

I called for 3 hours to find someone to even come out and service my a.c. that stopped working. The technician could NOT have been nicer, more efficient and accommodating in all aspects. He did an awesome job, showed me and explained to me what he was doing, took a video even so that if I needed someone to come out again, they would know exactly what he did,, etc.. He had to take down some netting that was around my a/c. outside, and he did that, then put it all back together as well. He was super courteous and a pleasure to talk to. I will most definitely only use your service, God forbid, I need it again. My a/c. is working fine and again, I couldn't say anything negative about the service. They even texted me that he was on the way too to alert me!! Great service, price??? don't know about that,, but he did give me a discount as well.

Richard was very knowledgeable about his job and what he was doing. He was professional, helpful, and a pleasure to work with. I told Richard what a Great Job he did and it was obvious that he was working in a capacity that he took pride in. He is part of a family owned business and stated his father has been training him since a young age. I would like to say to Richard's Father, you did a Great Job with your Son. I know you are Proud, because I was impressed.

Of course our air conditioner went out on a VERY hoy day while my husband would be working late. Thank God our neighbor had recently told us about the company that they use and gave us a card for Air One. They were able to get someone out not only that day, but within a few hours! Now seeing that I was home alone with my kids of course I was nervous about having a stranger come in to my home. But they send over a short bio of who they will be sending over so that I may choose to do research on my own and check out who will be helping us out. Richard was on time, very friendly and professional. He explained everything to me and answered all of my questions. He was done quickly and cleaned up everything to where I couldn't even tell he had been there! I would DEFINITELY refer Air One to all of my friends and family!

Ricky came out to service our heater and within minutes of troubleshooting was able to determine what we needed to get it fixed. I felt the price was reasonable and worth the service call. Ricky was professional, very considerate of our home and very personable. Highly recommend Ricky and AirOne.

Brandon was on time, knowledgeable and professional. He diagnosed the problem and advised the best course of action towards getting it resolved. The prices are competitive for services and products, in my situation i need a new furnace. I'm scheduling an appointment with them to discuss cost and installation time. I'm a first time customer and i was impressed and i suggest others to give them a try as well.

The business will notify you prior to showing up at the appointed time, I opted for text msg, I was texted a picture of who would be showing up etc. great company using technology to their advantage.
