Baker Electric Home Energy

We have solar through Baker Electric. In the past we had good experience with them. As of today though, we have an issue with our solar not working. I have called three times in the past two weeks and I have not got a call back. They have an answering service and you can't call them directly. The call center keeps sending messages over. But I cant seem to get a call back, to help me. Its very frustrating, as I am loosing money when my solar isn't working properly.

In the past couple of years Baker has installed a Solar / Battery Storage solution along with upgrading the HVACs and venting at my home. I really appreciate the selection of products and quality of craftsmanship that went into designing and delivering upon my homes needs. More recently a Baker technician, Junior Arteaga, has been out for the biannual service of my HVACs. During the visit he identified an issue one of my HVACs that was covered by the Baker Warranty and went above and beyond to make the correction by staying until 9pm to wrap up the work. Really appreciate you going the extra mile Junior!

We had a great experience when Baker installed our panel. Good job. We have been trying to get additional panels installed before SDGE raises their rates. We have called several times. The woman who took our calls took our info and said we would be getting a call. NO ONE WILL CALL BACK. WE ARE GETTING FRUSTRATED AND ANGRY AT THEIR LACK OF CONTACT. I FEEL THEY ARE FALLING SHORT. IF I DON’T GET RESULTS IMMEDIATELY I WILL GO TO YELP, AND VOICE MY DISPLEASURE. BAKER GET BACK TO ME! Sallie Walvatne

My furnace was not working i called baker electric and they sent a technician junior the same day... Junior was professional and knowledge he repair the issues in a timely manner.. Five stars will definitely recommend baker...

Weird??? I went on Baker’s website to request a quote. Almost instantly I got a text message from “Avery.” I texted what I wanted a quote for, but Avery didn’t seem to understand. After several miscues, I realized that I might be communicating with a robot. So, I ask Avery to call me. Avery or (???whoever) responded saying “calling now.” That was the last I ever heard from Avery. Very weird!

This a follow-up to my last review above. I finally contacted Avery she is a real person in Baker’s call center. After speaking with her she identified herself as a scheduler. I told her what I was looking to do, and she responded saying she would have the technician contact me. That was 7 days ago, and I haven’t heard from anyone at Baker. If Avery is a scheduler, why didn’t she just make an appointment? The schedulers at Baker’s call center leave a lot to be desired. Better training would help. Basic electrical terminology would be a real plus. My guess is either they aren’t interested in my project, or Avery never spoke with anyone about my inquiry. This shouldn’t be so hard, so I will be moving on.

Marco did a good job - but was unable the confirm (not his fault) the grounding issue was or wasnt the result of an issue with the recently installed PV system.

I shopped for a solar panel system this year, and I received many quotes, but from the reviews and impressions of Sabina Caliguri who came to my house, I was sold. She was very knowledgeable about the whole system and process.
The project went very smoothly, lots of follow up and updates, the installation was very fast and clean. Andrea Kusick was my project supervisor and was very helpful and responsive. I work in property management and deal with a lot of vendors and I was very impressed with their customer service and responsiveness. The whole team was present for me.

Couldn't recommend Baker more. Trusted installers, I know I can count on them being around to support me.

It was a big leap to finally get solar panels but the timing seemed right with the increased federal credit. Baker was excellent from the sales meeting to the installation. Everything Went smoothly and would highly recommend them!

Roberto Santillo, and his crew, Salvador, Juan , Hugo , Bryan , Stanford and Andrew just finished roof work for me. It was seamless....told me what they were doing along the way. No surprises. They cleaned up everything, so that no one would know they were ever here All of them were absolutely nice and pleasant to work with. I highly recommend them

Marcos was very punctual and professional. He was able to determine that my solar inverter was working properly, and that there was an issue with the solar panels or wiring.
