When we were shopping for a solar panel system a year ago, we got a variety of quotes, but from the reviews and impressions of Brian Bastien who came to our house, we were sold. The whole process went super smooth and the installation was super clean. When we started installation, we indicated that we didn't want conduits everywhere, and didn't completely want the solar panels visible, and the installers did everything we asked!

Best part is our electric bill is almost nothing... we anticipate our payoff to be considerably sooner than we anticipate.

Couldn't recommend Baker more. Trusted installers, you can count on them being around for a while. Thats whats most important for piece of mind.

Had solar installed in 2015. Have been trying to get a hold of a human being to have our system checked. I have called every number listed for this company and get the same automated message every time. Occasionally I'll get a human being that says someone will call me back. I have yet to recieved a return call. I think they are a total scam. I would not consider this company for solar!!! Absolute rip off!!

Baker Electric came highly recommended, and we are very happy we chose them. The only glitch was a lack of communication from them when they made a major change to the location of our equipment (supposed to be in the garage, changed to laundry room due to our townhome location) without consulting us (they just changed it on the plan without telling us). It was a problem because we rejected this location on the day the team arrived to install the panels and equipment. The team had to cancel plans to install that day because the design had to be changed and re-sent for approval, which delayed the installation another month. But, in the end, Baker Electric installed our solar in the manner originally discussed, and Eric and his installation team were absolutely fantastic! We cannot say enough good about them! Because of our location, they had to cut holes in our drywall (ceiling and walls, 5 holes total), and they were very conscientious about their work. They were tidy, totally cleaned up after the job, kind to us and our neighbors. The panels on the roof look great, and they painted all the hardware to blend in with the roof (per our HOA requirements). They were fantastic! Ray, the drywaller, came 2 weeks later and surprised us completely with the stellar job he did patching and painting our drywall...you cannot tell where the cuts were (which is extremely hard to achieve in a ceiling patch). We are very satisfied customers and we highly recommend Baker Electric! We are so happy to have solar!!

Tech arrived on time and completed the work accurately including calling the equipment manufacturer for mobile connection assistance.

Junior fixed the problem and had our system delivering cool air again within an hour. While the repair was not cheap, he clearly explained the reason for the expense. He also took the time to explain some of the details of his analysis of our system and what kind of efficiency we should expect moving forward. Furthermore, he offered some pathways to an improved system at more than one price-point. He was careful to mention not only upfront costs but also those costs that would accrue over time, considering the various options on the table (including keeping the current old system.) Junior's expertise and professionalism were much appreciated. Lastly, we had an odd window of time when we could be home and Georgiana, who helped schedule the visit, was helpful with accommodating our special request. Thank you, Junior and Georgiana! Our solar install could not have gone smoother. Each and every step was clockwork. From Salesman, Bowie's sincere explanation of the process and details, to the install done by Ty Q., Trevor M, Cris B and Julio G. Their attention to detail, organization and consideration for our home was steeped in personal pride in their work. I would recommend Baker Solar whole heartedly!

As amazing and helpful Carlos and his team member were they helped me after a year to set my app cuz no one at the office never helped me on that also find out what’s wrong with the system , the lady on the phone at the office was horrible and Miguel is not answering my phones and emails ! I am so disappointed with your company that I am waiting over a year to revive the battery and still am not sure when I am getting it , Carlos told me hopefully within 2-3 weeks we can have it and hope you guys stay with your words , thanks
