Baker Electric Home Energy finished our new roof on 11/31/22. The work was done one time, in preparation for solar panel installation. The roofing repair team was professional, courteous and skillful. We are looking forward to the completion of an excellent project.

He didn't have the right software to complete the installation and completed only a part of the project.. This has been a five month wait already due to LSG product availability

I got a quote from Curtis for a new AC install and I also needed a new electrical panel. They were patient with me and answered all my questions and I did not feel pressured to sign anything and I contacted them when I was ready to proceed.

The AC installation went great, Angel and Aidan did an amazing job and were very professional despite having to work on a 90+ day. They asked me questions if I liked the placement of whatever they were installing like the unit, lines and leads and thermostat.

Thomas was out today for our AC maintenance check. We were having some issues with cooling and low air flow in some rooms. He thoroughly cleaned our compressor coils which were very dirty, inspected all the ducts and electrical and discovered a design issue that would effect air flow. He explained everything and had a recommendation for solving the poor air flow to some of our rooms. I was very pleased with his professionalism and thoroughness.

We used Baker to install our solar and then signed up for the annual maintenance plan. They have been amazing! Junior Arteaga came for my furnace service and checked it all out. I had ordered replacement filters but they hadn’t arrived yet so he said I could FaceTime him when they come in and he can walk me through install myself …and he had just walked out the door to leave when the FedEx guy showed up with my replacement filters - and Junior offered to come right back in to swap it out for me! Above and beyond!
