SoCal Airflow Pros

I had a heat pump and air handler installed by SoCal Airflow Pros. After researching the companies that have the best reviews and provided the best equipment, I chose SoCal Airflow Pros. They immediately sent out their technician, Tyler, who was most helpful in evaluating my needs. He was knowledgeable, professional, and friendly and provided me with all options. The installation was scheduled immediately (even though it was a long holiday weekend). The technician, Trent, was excellent and efficient and answered all of my questions. He took time to demonstrate how the thermostat and equipment worked. Finally, Linda, in the office, was friendly, helpful, and courteous throughout this experience. I would highly recommend SoCal Airflow Pros for heat pumps and any air conditioning needs.

Just had my AC check up completed by Daniel. He did an outstanding job! He explained throughly what he was doing and let me know exactly the timing of completion. Very caring of his customers needs. Listened to my concerns about the process and very patiently explained. Was very approachable during the entire service. He always stopped whatever he was doing and explained or answered any systems questions I had. Excellent job Daniel!

Very easy to make an appointment. When I called everyone was nice and helpful. I got a phone call and text 30 minutes before arrival. Aubrey West was friendly, explained everything so I could understand, very professional, knowledgeable, drew pictures and took pictures of both my units. Highly recommend!!

SoCal Airflow Pros installed a new heater and air conditioner in my house and replaced the air ducts in the attic. I can’t say enough good things about this company. Josh, Trent, Eddie, and Oscar are knowledgeable professionals who take great pride in their work. They worked efficiently from morning to night to finish the job on time as promised. Jack came out prior to the installation, took his time explaining all options, and didn’t try to “push” a sale. This company does it right from start to finish. Their employees attention to detail, professionalism, and products have exceeded my expectations.

We have had so cal airflow pros out several times over the years. Every time they come we are reminded of how fortunate we were to find them as an hvac provider. Everyone from the dispatchers to Cody, at the the top, operate with a so much care about the customer and their needs. Seriously with this level of service and quality products you can’t go wrong.

SoCal Airflow Pros was great! It was easy to schedule an appointment. On the day of the service, the office sent a photo of the technician, so I would recognize him when he arrived. The technician called ahead of the appointment and was on time. He was respectful and wore booties inside the house. He was very thorough with my A/C system, taking it apart and inspecting every component. He told me things that we will need to keep an eye on as the system ages (my blower is apparently leaking oil), but I didn't feel like he was trying to sell me on extra services. He spent about 3 hours here, testing the temperature at all of the vents and running diagnostics. He was very nice and even took in one of my trash can from the street when he went to throw away the old A/C filter. I definitely recommend these guys!

I had an HVAC unit installed in my upstairs due to the large footprint of my house to try to cut back on cooling costs.

From scheduling to consult to install, there was zero disappointment. SoCal Airflow Pros are, hands down, one of the BEST contractors I've ever dealt with. Their crew is awesome. They communicate EVERY step- which means a lot. I recommend them 1000%!

Aubrey was truly amazing! He was knowledgeable, kind and professional. We have had poor service with other HVAC companies and SoCal Airflow Pros put our minds at ease. Aubrey was thorough with his service and patient with explaining any concerns. I plan to not use any other company other than them. Look forward to our next service for the winter season.

I have been using them for over a year now for maintenance and repair. Very professional service. Everybody that has come out has been been courteous, informative, hard working, and honest. I appreciate that they walk you through everything they are doing. I’ve learned a lot about my system because of it. There is also never any pressure for upselling or anything like that. There are always on time and communication from office and drivers is excellent. Highly recommend
