Great job! We had two mini-splits installed and had most of our ductwork replaced. The sales rep was very thorough, making several trips into our attic. He also answered all of our questions. Once the city permit was obtained, they began work the next day. The installation crew was top notch. They were very polite, professional, and skilled. We would use the again.

Tyler was very courteous and knowledgeable. He explained each step of what he was doing and why. Also, he explained what I should look for if I begin to experience problems with my aging unit. He was clean and tidy.

We are big fans of So Cal Airflow Pros. They have always been honesty and upfront with us. We had them install our system in 2019 and have had them servicing it twice a year ever since. I highly recommend them.

Everyone we dealt with was professional and informative. They answered the phone promptly on a Tuesday, had someone come out on a Wednesday who was on time, professional and thorough, and scheduled us for a new AC unit on Thursday! The installers were on time and professional and nice and we have a brand new AC 3 days after my first phone call! Would highly recommend!

Tony Enrich was my service technician. He was very professional and thorough in his evaluation and repair. He explained everything to me. Also, they offer a membership which I would have never thought of and it could have come across salesey but it didn’t and it was a good value so I bought it.

Overall, I’m very impressed with this company. The entire process, from scheduling the appointment, to the actual maintenance, was amazing. The technician, Kevin was on time and did an excellent job of explaining what needed to done. My AC is working better than ever.
