Aubrey and Chris are very knowledgeable. They did a very thorough inspection of our ductwork and cleaning of our furnace. Everything was explained in detail all along the way. We are a very happy customer and will use SoCal Airflow Pros in the future.

Unbelievably positive interaction with SoCal Airflow Pros. They are remarkably friendly and extremely knowledgable. Being veteran-owned means a lot to us, as our son’s a Marine and we have extended family in the armed forces as well.

Our AC unit had acted up a few times over the years and they were able to come out and fix it, even though it was very old. I knew that I wanted to give them a shot at an estimate when it came time to finally replace, as I feel they’ve earned it. Sure enough, the furnace/heater went down on us during one of the late 2021 cold spells - I had had enough. Contacted SoCal Airflow Pros first thing and they were able to come out within a couple of days. After discussing all of our options with Saul, we decided on a complete revamp with a heat pump, all new ducting, etc. They were able to set an install date the following week! Very impressed and excited to move so quickly.

Ulysses showed up with Rich, surveyed everything, and got started. They had to rebuild the platform in the garage where the furnace/blower and hot water heater stood. They were even able to remove the water heater, rebuild the platform, with a sheet metal top and coping… To say the outcome of Uly’s efforts were anything but a work of art, really doesn’t do it justice. (I am SO impressed). Uly even got inside and underneath, cleaned and sealed off any portion that wasn’t necessary for the operation so it was streamlined for efficiency. Rich was dealing with another issue in the backyard where the unit stood - there was cement build-up where the new platform needed to go. He didn’t skip a beat and did everything he could to remove and level the area. It was incredibly tedious work and a lot of labor.

Alex and Octavias were dealing with vents and ducts while the others were in the garage and backyard. These two guys did an amazing job with the duct work in the attic. Everything is now to code, the air flow is remarkably better in every room - downstairs and upstairs. I’m sure we’ll see the full efficiency of the unit as we get into the summer months as well.

I can’t thank SoCal Airflow Pros enough for the wonderful job they did. They’re experts in what they do and it will be done way above any expectations you may have. We want to personally thank Uly, Rich, Octavias, and Alex for their skilled work. You’ve made our lives better, boys!

We had a difficult job for them that required numerous trips. They worked through all our frustrations and were able to get the job accomplished. I do appreciate their communication, responsiveness, and follow through.

Aubrey was very respectful, professional and knowledgeable. He performed an evaluation and tune up on an older heating system which demonstrated a few findings to possibly correct in the near future. I am pleased with the services performed on this visit.

SoCAL Airflow provides quality and courteous services. I first received an introductory letter from the company president. I checked the company background on Yelp and Google and found that it was decent. So I contracted a basic maintenance service. When my 23 yeae old HVAC system finally died, I called the company to get a quote and contracted to do the job after comparing it with another quote. I got a quote from Tyler, who is nice and knowledgeable. Service technicians, Oscar and Trent, along with a few others, worked diligently for 3 days, replacing the system upstairs in the limited addic space. They replaced the HVAC system, and heat exchanger and thermostats for upstairs and downstairs. All done flawlessly.. they put rugs on the floor and stairs and vacuum each and every day. The most I like about is the attitude of these people. Always smiling face. Courteous and kind... My next HVAC job will be done by this company. I believe the company culture starts from the president. He must have treated his people nicely and well. I would like the president to see this review and reward the people for the job well done. Very prompt and professional, didn’t try to upsell. Fixed a faulty fuse, which he worked really hard to diagnose and explain to me in plain English. Highly recommended. Price very reasonable too.

Our heater was not working properly. I scheduled an appointment for the next day. Jack Berekoff, the technician, gave a call and sent a text with his ETA. We was right on time. He wore shoe covers in our home, and was very professional. Best of all, He fixed our problem, took pictures and explained what the issue was. I am very happy with the service.
