I purchased a new build in RMV and unfortunately, the builder did the absolute bare minimum when it came to the installation of the ducts. It was so poorly engineered, not only were the ducts to narrow, they were actually kinked. The airflow was so bad, the furnace would over head and shut off. couldnt heat my house past 61 degrees

Socal airflow sent out tech Moreno, who was extremely intelligent and passionate about his job. Moreno accurately diagnoses the issue and informated me of the complexity of the situation

The only slight inconvenience, was the process of getting a quote. A job as big as mine did require several visits to get an accurate quote. I can now understand, that its not as easy as just the snap of a finger.... which for the layman you would think it would be.

I voiced my concern and manager Jaime did an amazing job with addressing my concers.

the install took an entire day, the team doing the install was great.

Uly follwed up with me a next day, schedule a quality control review, stop by my house to ensure the work was done correctly (which i greatly appreciate).

Found SoCal Airflow Pros from positive Yelp reviews. Received a quick response and was able to schedule an appointment for the following morning. Brandon was helpful explaining the services and helping to schedule service. Received confirmation texts for appointment. Day of appointment, received a text letting us know the technician was on his way. Text included tracking so I could see how far he was from my home. Johnny arrived on time and early in my appointment window. He quickly diagnosed the problem and explained everything concisely. Broken part was switched out and AC is running perfectly. Johnny is very polite and respectful. Joined the pro club maintenance club, and looking forward to my two free yearly cleanings and inspections in the future.

Called, texted and emailed when the appointment was scheduled as well as contacted me to know they were in transit. Did a walk through and went through all the steps. Took photos to show me some of the insides repairs. Very courteous and did a great job of cleaning up afterwards.
All in all very professional...……… I am hoping this will help to lower my gas and electric bill.

Since they had a good rating, I contacted and asked to repair my AC system about in July. A guy came up and told me that he would put color to identify where is leaking that costed me about $1,000. I asked to come back in a month so I have AC in Summer. He said that he won't be able to come back until November??? after summer. I called the office in August to come back and check the color. Nobody showed up to repair. I realized that I wasted the $1,000, and hired to other repair company. I don't know how they get such a good rating. It's very skeptical. I haven't seen anything to recommend them. This is about a couple of years ago. I don't know why they think that I want to hire them, but they contact me every November to maintain my AC. I tried to forget the bad experience, but I am writing this to protect all of consumer.

Marino of SoCal was great! He quickly diagnosed the issue and went to work fixing it. Along the way he took readings on our system performance and explained the significance of the numbers.
