Johnny is a great technician who explained everything clearly. Great workmanship!

My husband and I found out that our a/c was not blowing out any cold air when it was on. We wanted to find a company that could come out as soon as possible. After calling around, Socal Airflow was able to schedule us in the next day! We were so glad because we knew it was going to get hot over the next few days. The gentleman that helped me over the phone was very professional and friendly. He listened and answered all my questions. When Johnny came to our house the following day, he was fabulous! He took a look at our a/c unit, explained everything he saw that was causing the problem and what options we had. He also shared tips that would be helpful to us as homeowners and did an amazing job repairing our a/c. He also made sure that our furnace was working properly. I highly recommend this company!

Our AC went out on Sunday when it was supposed to be 90 the next day. I called Monday morning and Jack was out in just a few hours. Got our old unit up an running and did a complete maintenance. Price was very reasonable and service was excellent. Was amazed they were able to get out same day especially considering the heat. Will be using them in the future.

Workers arrived on time --they were professional in communication-laid down coverings to keep dust and debris to a minimum and then cleaned before leaving.

Honestly I wish there was a way to give this company 10 stars!! From the minute I called SoCal Airflow and spoke with the gentleman who answered the phone (I believe his name was Raul) I knew that I called the right place. Raul took the time to speak with me about my A/C problem and even gave me a little history of the company being veteran owned and staffed, which I appreciate and respect. It actually made my decision to go with them. He scheduled a technician to come to my house to look at my A/C system and evaluate what the problem might be. The technician that came (Aubrey West) was AMAZING. He was professional, knowledgeable, and extremely personable. He took the time to explain the HVAC system to me, even drawing me a diagram to show me how all the parts of the system work. I've honestly never been so impressed or had such a positive experience. Aubrey was able to repair my A/C but let me know that I will eventually need to replace it because of its age and wear. When the time comes I will DEFINITELY contact SoCal Airflow Pros because I think they are extremely honest and fair priced. I highly recommend contacting them for your HVAC needs (ask for Aubrey!). I truly believe that this company is the very best HVAC company in Southern California.

The crew at SoCal Airflow Pros were just that: professionals. They showed up on time, did a great job cleaning up after themselves, and were very friendly. My in-laws went with them, I went with them, and I would recommend anyone give them a call for heating/ac issues.

Kevin was the technician who came out and was extremely thorough. He showed me that my system was in pretty good shape except for a mismatched capacitor which he replaced. The previous owners of the house did not do maintenance on the system so the blower was full of dirt causing decreased air flow. The blower was cleaned out and now looks new. All this was done for a very low price. I highly recommend them for service. I am a contractor myself and I know good people are hard to come by. These guys are the real deal.

Johnny was professional and knowledgeable. He didn’t rush anything and explained items thoroughly. He performed repairs for me so I can avoid a situation (as much as possible) where my ac unit stops working. I have peace of mind knowing it’s well maintained and I have a company I can trust to help keep things running when trouble arises.
