ARS/Rescue Rooter Heating Cooling Plumbing

I called ARS rescue rooter to come fix a tub sprout mess from a previous service, they broke the volve in the middle. See attached picture. ARS technician Eduard Kroshchuk did an excellent job. He first spent time to measure and cut an exact place on drywall from behind the broken volve, he then cut off the wood behind the drywall, and then use the tool to take off the broken volve. After that he installed the new volve and Soldered the pipe. Every step was doing with professional and care. I’m more than happy with the results. I highly recommend Eddie for his outstanding work.

I very much appreciated the gentleman who came to evaluate my sink. He was very honest in telling me your pricing. However, the pricing was way over the top! Therefore, I did not choose the service. Thank you for your honesty and thank you for not charging me an entrance fee.

Technician arrived on time and was clean, well mannered and knowledgeable. Our pilot for the water heater keeps going out. Nothing wrong was found, gave recommendations to increase airflow as fire needs fuel air and the spark. Thank you for the quick response on a holiday weekend.

Our copper pipes collapsed and needed replacement. Bill and Scott saved the day. ARS had to put in all new pipes from the kitchen, around the house to the sewer. It was a big job, but they did it in good time with permits and all was done within 2 weeks. We even had a temporary solution in the first day until the big job was complete. Very professional and quality work.

Ruben was excellent! He came out right away, repaired my copper pipe under my sink and everything is back to normal.
He was very friendly, professional, and most importantly he really knows what he is doing.
I’ll call him again for future plumbing issues.

I contacted ARS about the appearance of a wet area of drywall in our home. Lendable Knox was able to come the same day. Due to the age of our house we had to get testing done and call a restoration company. He helped us organize the whole thing and stayed that evening while we waited for the next company to make sure the path of communication was clear, to see what the next steps were, etc. He followed through to make sure he came back as soon as the testing was done. He worked hard to make sure we weren’t double paying for any services between the two companies. He ended up helping us address 3 different plumbing problems, explained them well, and kept it cost efficient. He was kind to my kids and I felt very comfortable having him in my home over the course of 3 days. I will undoubtedly call him again if we have another plumbing concern! I highly recommend!

Company is super shady. I called them because we had an issue with our shower valve being stripped and wouldn't turn off. They were the first result in google when I searched for plumbers and there was a $100 off service coupon. Ruben came to my house to inspect it and told me that the service was going to be $2,200. I said that was ridiculous and he responded by saying he's just the messenger and tried to justify the cost. I said no thanks and they charged me $99 for the visit. Called another plumber and he repaired my issue for $500. How is that they're trying to charge me more than 4X? How do they sleep at night?

SOOOOOO SHADY!!!!

I was able to reach them after hours to make a quick appt to repair a leak in my backyard faucet. The leak was large enough I had to shut off water to my home. They were empathetic and professional and gave me a five hour window for the service. The professional plumber that was sent was prompt, efficient, courteous, respectful, and honest. He explained what was needed and although I didn’t love the price I understood the cost. Hopefully I won’t need their help again in the near future but would definitely recommend them…and thanks again to Ed for being so professional and pleasant to work with (and for being kind to my dog). It made the cost a little less painful.

Ed from ARS provided outstanding service. He was very meticulous and thorough as he performed a leak detection inspection. I’m so grateful ARS and Ed answered my urgent call. I encourage anyone who needs honest and professional service to call ARS-it’s worth it!
