Very prompt and courteous service. My issue was a clogged toilet. Bill showed me an excellent way to unclog the toilet in the event it happens again. I will definitely use ARS again.

Estimate was 2.4 times an estimate given over the phone without a visit. Ruben had very little knowledge of plumbing. Sent him away with $99 visit and estimate fee. Took a long rime to develop estimate and charge me $99 for nothing.

The company has representatives that cannot or will not explain why their prices are 3x market value. They charge $100 just to come to your house. Do not use them.

Jonathan was extremely professional and friendly. His knowledge was easily shared with me in a way I could understand! His assistant was also great!

Robert the technician was running late due to other jobs that took longer than expected. He still came out even though it was after 5 did a thorough clean out of my clogged drain and checked all pipes in my kitchen as well. The price was very fair and reasonable. I highly recommend Robert and ARS.

They were very professional and came and gave me an estimate to clear a toilet clog — they said the plug was in the sewer line and they would have to pull the toilet. — they estimated $1,000.
I estimate a 2-3 hour job I declined the work as that price is over the top expensive.

Miguel was very efficient and helpful. He described our problem in layman's terms that were easy to understand.

Rueben went above and beyond in providing excellent customer service and work to clear my clogged drain. He made sure by double checking his work got the job done with great results. A really good guy and a great worker.

Ed was amazing. He explained what needed to be done. Told me how long it would take and upfront cost. He was done faster than he estimated.

Blocked drain. Toilet and showers backing up. Super quick to come out and fix. Customer service awesome & technician quick and nice. Perfect from start to finish.
