ARS/Rescue Rooter Heating Cooling Plumbing

We couldn't get our toilet to flush properly. Thomas was excellent! He fixed the problem, was nice, clean, courteous and professional. We would use ARS again.

I'd list the services but ARS has failed to release the detailed invoice prior to payment. Work began in October and was completed in December and I'm getting nothing but lip service. It was a major project, inside and outside, and I'm still waiting on the Invoice & the Asbestos Clearance Report. I'm still without a toilet & vanity because the floor installation cannot be done without the asbestos report. AND I NEED A DETAILED INVOICE.

Publicly, rescue rooter said “$83 Drain Unclog”, which is why I called them. The plumber came and unclogged my toilet, then gave me the bill of $321! Had I known it would be so much, I absolutely would not have booked this service. But I felt stuck between a rock and a hard place, as the service was already complete. Seeing my toilet afterward, I noticed that the porcelain is scratched in multiple places. I feel scammed and cheated.

They were able to arrive same-day, when other companies were a day out. Roberto, the tech was very professional and friendly. He was able to cut through some fine roots in the main line to septic tank connection. I’m running copper sulfate for now, to kill remaining roots, and will repair later.

A great experience with the company and their technician Cody Bart. They have scheduled the technician to come over weekend that too on New year Jan 1st within 24 hours.
Cody did the thorough inspection of the toilet blockage. Instead of upselling more expensive options like hydro jetting, tearing the floor etc he pulled out roots and found the source right on the flange and cut it out.
I have shown it to multiple plumbers and they are all suggesting repairs and no one did an extra effort of removing the wax ring to look at the details of root encroachment..

Publish ad for $85 drain cleaning. Tech arrives and says since he need to pull toilet and replace it will be $645. That's $530 for 30 min of work. I don't think so. Find a more reputable company that does not cheat their clients.
