Advised when I scheduled appt roof access is necessary which they had done a few months before. At almost the latest time they were supposed to arrive, I got a call they were running 1-2 hours late. Received a call hour later 30 minutes out. 30 minutes later receive a call 20 minutes out. After over 4 hours waiting, tech shows up to tell me he will not go on the roof, has to remove the toilet, can't tell me how long it will take and it's now triple the price. Far cry from my 8-10 am appt on a workday. NEVER AGAIN.

I had a plumbing backup in my bathroom main line. They came out and told me they would need to demo my toilet to fix the issue. The total bill came out to $5,670. Would not attempt to snake out the clog through my shower drain, which was also backed up.

A friend referred me to another plumber. He came out and used a snake along with some sodium tablets and hot water down the shower drain. He charged me $220. Let me know if you need somebody who isnt' going to price gouge you.

Tom Brittle was great at assessing the issue I have. Even helped me remove my septic tank lids to find out that the problem might just be to pump the system before doing anything else. Thank you Tom for your help and all of the great advice you gave me. He was a great service technician.

Came out promptly to a request about working on meter. Turns out it was a section that belonged to SDGE. They stoll charged 99 dollats for the 5 minute inspection. I would choose a company that allows the service tech to reduce a service call when it is a situation like this. Just because we can do something, doesn't mean we should. Choose a more ethical company!

The knowledgeble and respectful techs from ARS Rescue Rooter answered my questions and concerns at each stage of the repair process . Even in inclement weather, their desire to push on was impressive. I was able to view the problem areas and have my questions on the spot. They left the site safely covered at the end of each day.
Personnel arrived each day in clean uniforms and with proper equipment.
