Outstanding service. Very professional workers, they installed a new water heater in a short time, and left area clean, They made checks to insure that the water heater was working. I was provided with instructions on how the water heater works and information on the expansion valve. I was also with a manual, warranty and inspection information.

Jonathan the tech was helpful, knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. He went to great lengths to ensure we had a product we were happy with, installed very well. Despite some challenges during the install, he didn’t leave until the job was fully complete.

Technician (Thomas) was able to analyze the outdoor drainage problem and gave a quote based on his years of experience. Will honor his quote for 90 days. No pressure tactics to do job right away. Very professional.

Don’t use this company without asking for a price, they wanted almost $800 to replace a garbage disposal! And they charge by the project so they knew before they came what the cost would be. So when I said no they ask you what you’re willing to pay and then go through the charade of calling the boss. What a sham. Learned a $99 lesson on this one.
