I have nothing but respect and gratitude for this company. I was in quite the pickle and they went above and beyond for me. I never realized just how important a clean garbage disposal is when it comes to my dishwasher. Lesson learned.

Had carl come out to visit. Quick and efficient work ethic. Very smart, but absolute terrible customer service. Ripped the invoice out of my hand started heavy breathing and this look in his eye like he was gonna get physical. All because I asked if they had a 1.5 hour minimum or if they charged for driving time. Just trying to find out how they priced because I couldn't find it on there website. Overall not a pleasant experience, because this is my home and yeah. Still have three stars because he came out at 6 at night.

Sat on hold for 40 minutes to make an appointment for an emergency gas leak, made an appointment for today at 8am, it is now 4pm and i haven't even received so much as a phone call or a reason they didn't show up for an EMERGENCY GAS LEAK IN A RESIDENTIAL HOME. Don't waste your time with these clowns, much better options in this town that actually care and want to make money in this already crippled economy.

EDIT: The owner saw this review and called my cell phone, not to fix things, but to blatantly deny I ever had an appointment (how would he have gotten my number and known who I was without that? 🤣 he then told me I wasn't a "real man" and decided to try and make fun of me. Not sure what kind of business operates this way when a customer is wronged but unless you want harassing phone calls where the owner berates you and makes insinuations and threats toward you, I wouldn't ever call this business. Like I said, there's plenty of professional HVAC, plumbing etc companies in the area that won't harass you after wronging you.

My wife and I couldn't be more impressed by Olson H&P. Our installer David was one of the brightest, hard working, talented people we’ve ever had working in our house in 30 years living here. A+ service, A+ personnel!

When I had a pipe burst in the middle of the night, Olson was out within the hour! Each person I talked to was so responsive and helpful. We have used Olson for years and will continue to!

Services provided exceeding my expectations. Company did an amazing job with repairs. Definitely recommend doing business with them.

So for sewer cleaning, their pricing was fair and the work seemed good. I don't know what's changed, but it took me a couple of weeks to get in with them. They were supposed to get me a quote, and it's almost been a week since their visit. I'm always on hold when I call, sometimes for as long as ten minutes. I just gave up and went with another business. Work's done and I still haven't heard from them.

I absolutely love this company! They are so professional and have great service. If you’re looking into them I definitely recommend!
