Fast service, friendly staff and very affordable. I called several places last week trying to get my furnace serviced this week and these guys got me in right away! Definitely will be using them in the future.

Our heat went out suddenly at 5 am on a day with snow and -2 degrees outside. We called and left a message and had our call returned within 10 minutes. The company responded quickly and was here the same day by 9 am. Mark, the owner, quickly diagnosed the problem, verified parts availability, and had the parts installed and the furnace running by 11am.

The quick customer service and response was greatly appreciated, particularly with weather conditions forecasted of a low of -9 to 16 degrees over the upcoming week. I felt the company acted with integrity, honesty and professionalism. I will continue using this company for all HVAC needs. I highly recommend them!

Great company. I had my ac serviced today and was initially marked for a service that wasn't completed. However, after I called and explained the situation to Mark, he made the effort to rectify it by sending out another hvac tech the same day. The new techs completed the service checklist and answered all the questions I had. Im really pleased over how they fixed a situation I was initially disappointed in and they'll continue to have my trust as a business because of it.

Mitch came out to see why our gas furnace wasn't producing heat. He immediately identified the issue and resolved it within a few minutes! He was able to answer all of my questions, was very friendly, and definitely knew what he was doing. Customer service like this is SOO appreciated and needed. We had an emergency call to repair our furnace after hours on a bitter cold night. Mark at Springs Heating and Cooling responded immediately, was very professional, and went to the house immediately.

My heater went out. They had a tech out a few hours later and got me up and running. Quick, professional, and did a great job.

I was quite happy with the service, the lady in the office (sorry I didn't catch her name) was kind and professional, she set me up with a late night appointment because I wanted to get it done even at a little extra cost. She then had a cancelation and contacted me immediately and set me up with even an earlier appointment at a cheaper rate. Then Zach showed up at the house on time, maybe even a little early. Very polite and professional. Went right to work after introducing himself, had the problem figured out in five minutes and fixed in ten. Well done Zach, I will recommend this team to anyone that needs it for here on out. Thanks Guys

The people from Springs H & C were professional and personable. From each phone call to when we received the estimate (that was 1/2 of what the competition quoted) to the installation and follow-ups, they were timely and professional. I will certainly recommend them to anyone that is in need of repair/replacement for both A/C and a Furnace.

Great folks to deal with and very responsive. Why so low a rating? I have to judge on results. I had them come in November 2021 to install a humidifier. It's now February 2022. Just a quick estimate, I believe they have been here to install/troubleshoot or correct issues with the system close to or more than a dozen times. The last straw was this week, came to fix an issue which has now cascaded into a furnace/fan issue. With that I'm done and need to find another company to fix the issues.
