Mark came over and fixed our HVAC in no time. He also educated us about our system and answered all our questions. Very knowledgeable and patient! The price was very reasonable and I'll be using him again. If you are looking for an HVAC company - this is the one you should call.

Issac was our service representative. I tend to ask a lot of questions and he answered everyone of them providing great information for maintaining our heating system. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable all while going through our heating system and making sure it was clean and functioning properly. I will use Springs Heating & Cooling going forward and would recommend others do the same.

Ive used Springs Heating and Cooling multiple times after trying other companies for AC service and Im very pleased with the service they provide! I own a small business and they are SO SO quick to come out and get me the help I need! I am used to waiting a week or longer for a scheduled appointment with other companies and with springs heating and cooling I get service in 1-3 days EVERY TIME. Most times they try and move schedules around to get me taken care of same day or next day and I let them know it is not an emergency and I can wait for their next available spot. Love this company

On a very cold day, our furnace was not working. Thankfully, Springs Heating & Cooling was able to come out quickly. The tech, Mike, was very knowledgeable and explained everything he was doing. He went above and beyond to explain the warranty and answer other questions I had. In no time, our heat was back up and running. Thank you!

I've hired Mark multiple times for my own HVAC needs including installing a new furnace and a/c at a rental property and cleaning my personal residence furnace. I'm a Realtor and I have referred Mark to my clients for years. Integrity and great service! I just had Mark's crew install a new furnace in my personal home as well!

I had a good experience 2 years ago using them to service my furnace. I was having a problem with the flame sensor, and the tech (Isaac) correctly diagnosed it, thoroughly cleaned the inside of the furnace and the flame sensor, and the furnace worked again.

2 years later, I called on them again for furnace service, and again it was a great experience. Again the flame sensor just needed to be cleaned. The tech (Brandon) did a thorough job of checking everything, measuring current draw on the blower motor, temp rise in the duct, and a bunch of other things. He clearly knew what he was doing, and he gave great explanations for everything. I learned a bunch of good stuff!

This is a small family-owned business with only a few employees. I've worked with 2 of them now and had a great experience. Highly recommended!

Mark the owner had Brandon and Kip come out and install a new water heater for me. They did an amazing job. Mark has an experience team including Issac that he has taught well to get the job done and great customer service. They had a wonderful payment plan and I recommend them to everyone. I had my tenant call Springs Heating and Cooling. From the time she called until the time they arrived was not even two hours. Phenomenal response time.
The heater has been acting up and I was expecting the worse. Isaac showed up and did the routine maintenance and cleaned a few parts and was done. Absolutely great service, pricing, and quality. I interviewed 4 different vendors for my new AC, and these guys were head and shoulders above the rest. Isaac came out for both the quote and installation, and did fantastic work. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
