Lee was very professional and friendly during our furnace checkup; explained everything clearly and didn't try to push any unneeded repairs like other companies have done in the past. Will definitely be calling Springs Heating and Cooling to service our AC in the spring!

I was able to get an appt the same day and the Technician, Isaac, showed up early. He is very professional, friendly and extremely knowledgeable.

After getting a prior inspection that suggested a new furnace I decided I needed a second opinion. Isaac explained all of the checks and observations mentioned before and put them in a perspective that determined that the furnace was fine. He then proceeded to do some minor adjustments. He recommended a different filter and our furnace is good to go.

Suffice to say I will always use this company and recommend them highly!! Thanks Isaac!!!

I have used this place before for a furnace and AC service and they did fine. However, I just used them for an Air Duct cleaning and was not pleased at all. They charged $350 for 13 vents, but didn’t do 2 of the vents because they were too high on the ceiling.. then one of the guys kept going outside to get equipment from his truck but while he was out there he would light and smoke a partial cigarette then walk directly back into our home smelling like smoke and was in and out of our newborn baby’s nursery. So now we have to work to get the smoke smell out of our nursery. I also don’t feel like they even got all of the dust out of our vents because he showed us the vacuum they used and it was completely empty and this house we’ve been in has never had the ducts clean. So seems pretty odd to me. I just feel like $350 was a steep price for the service we received. Especially for them being there for over 4 hours. Most likely will go elsewhere for further HVAC related stuff.

I'll definitely use this company again and recomend to all of my friends. I called on an 8 degree day and reported that my furnace was out. They were here in three hours. The tech was on time, communicative, knowledgeable and professional.

Mark came out to inspect my furnace today. The most professional HVAC Technician I've had experience with in Colorado Springs! Great guy, fast, efficient, and on time. I will call him again if needed and would recommend him to anyone!

Mark was wonderful. He came out after business hours when our AC broke. Fixed it in less than an hour and even gave me a new filter. I was expecting about triple what he charged me! We will absolutely stick with this company.

Surprised that they were able to get us in so quickly. The technicians inspected our system, easily explained the problem, and advised us on the fix. While it is a hassle to worry about replacing an AC unit, I feel more confident now moving forward.

We had our furnace motor freeze up and the house was down to 39 degrees. Springs Heating & Cooling came to our rescue. They were so very professional and prompt. This was on the Friday afternoon before Christmas when most companies were closing down. I recommend using Springs Heating & Cooling completely and without reservation!

Highly recommended!!! Imagine being deployed halfway across the world and your wife calls to say the heater isn’t working, it’s 13 degrees and the house is really cold. That’s the call I got. The battery in the thermostat died and she didn’t know how to open it. Springs Heating and Cooling installed a new furnace just before we bought the house last year, so I had my wife call them. She explained her situation and that there was three children in the house. They sent someone immediately and changed the battery free of charge. Note; the warranty expired already. This tells me they are military friendly and family friendly. The peace of mind I got was priceless. Thank you Springs Heatings and Cooling.
