I am a tenant and not the owner and would be much more upset if I were the homeowner but will report this also to him. I am not sure about functional and technical quality as that is not my expertise, however, these guys were not clean or professional and left a mess for me to spend over an hour cleaning up when I got home late from work. First, when they arrived they stood outside of my house smoking cigarettes. When I opened the garage door they walked in exhaling clouds of smoke. I am not a smoker but even if I was, it doesn't create a good 1st impression when the workers are breathing smoke on you when they walk into your house. When I came home from work the electrician had moved my trash container, a ladder and a wheelbarrow out of the way to access the electrical panel in the garage. None of it had been put back. When I went into the basement the floor was a disaster. There was dirt and debris all over the place, pieces of insulation lying around that they had removed from the walls, tables and my workout bench were moved across the floor and not put back, my leather top coffee table had clearly been used as a work bench and was filthy. I could see the marks where they had set their tools down. I couldn't believe anyone, especially providing a service and representing your company, could be this dense and nonprofessional. Do these guys receive any training? Is training even necessary around these types of common sense things you need to know in daily life? Very disappointing and caused me a real hassle. Now I see your response states the crew says they did sweep up. This is offensive. I had 2 full dust pans from the basement floor of dirt, metal and debris. The text I received said they completed job around 3:30. They were clearly in "lets hurry up and get out early on a Friday" mode.
Great experience. Mark was amazing. Value was exceptional as the repair took three visits due to parts. Follow up was great and they called frequently to inform me of process. I'll never use anybody else for HVAC. Five star everything.
Springs Heating and Cooling was exceptional in their service. Mark helped me diagnose the problem over the phone after hours and then came out to fix the blower on my furnace. Highly recommend!

I called all over on a Saturday, because the furnace at my rental house went out. These were the only guys to answer the phone. They got right out there and took a look. The furnace needed to be replaced and they handled getting it done by Monday afternoon. Issac was the tech that did the install and he was great! Excellent communication and very easy to work with. Springs Heating is my new go to!
Springs Heating & Cooling serviced four of our properties, and we couldn't of been happier with their service. Mark and Isaac were prompt, courteous, professional and above all very knowledgeable and through. They will get all our business from now on! Thanks guys!
