    I am not one to leave reviews but this really bothered me. We called this company because our AC stopped blowing cold air and they had so many 5 star reviews we thought how could we go wrong. The tech came out said our compressor was out and that it was going to cost 2800 dollars. We were surprised because the unit is only 5 years old and we have 2 dogs so we were in a jam. The tech was pushy and wanting us to sign up for this service but I felt something was off (also would take 2 days for the compressor to come in and this was on a Friday). So we called another company to give us a 2nd opinion and it ended up being a compressor plug and the prong was bent. The new company had us up and running in 1 hour and it cost less than $250.00 !!!!! I then found out this companies technicians work off commission so of course they want me to pay the 2800!!! What a horrible system I will not be using this company again! Just be careful when using this company you don't want to have to pay for something so expensive when you don't have to! To tops it off and I quote " changing a new compressor is like putting a new motor is a old car you might want to think about replacing the whole ac system which is about 8,000 to 10,000 dollars" Are you kidding me?

    Donnie was cheerful, knowledgeable; caring and explained what he was going to do. I would not hesitate to HIGHLY recommend him for your home care service. He easily could be a Supervisor / Trainer for the company. I even called the office and asked if he could be MY technician from now on!

    They are very helpful in explaining the process. Very friendly and curtious. They have been very fast at coming out if there are any issues with your system. Matt was very fast at the AC repair today and it's nice and cool in the house. I'd give them business from anyone who asks me for a great AC company

    Although Harry was very early, he did call to let us know he was on the way. He was very courteous and respectful of our home, and he did a thorough job evaluating our system. We expect to make some changes based upon his recommendations and have scheduled a "Brojuvenation" for both our systems. I look forward to working with Harry or any of the other team members in the future.

    Great company! Our system went down and they have been here to help keep us cool till our part came in. They have done everything from late night fill up to middle of day check ups even bumped our install up a day to help out our family of 6 to help keep our family more comfortable. Staff is amazing form girls in the office to our techs that have been servicing us. Thank you all for your great service!

    Sam, from One Hour Air, was right on time. He did a thorough job of cleaning and testing our entire heat pump system and air handler, both of which had been installed by One Hour Air about six years ago. We had contracted for twice a year check and maintenance and during the course of the most recent visit Sam also installed an ultraviolet anti-bacteria system in the air handler. He is a very nice and seemingly very competent young man and I would recommend him and One Hour Air to anyone.

    Technician, Chas Gurney, was polite and efficient. He went above and beyond to ensure I knew what had caused my unit to stop working and answered all of my questions without frustration.     Sorry I did write a reply, but here is another. Service tech was great and the diagnosis was done very quickly. HOWEVER, it took a week to get the part. Probably reasonable
    My complaint is that instead of ordering it that Friday for shipment which we all know can be quick, a driver was sent to pick it up. What a waste of technician time and here's the rub - we pay for his time to do so. Shipping would have been much less than his labor charge to do this. It took a week from the call for service to get the part installed. Fortunately the weather was fine. Phyllis Fitzgerald

    Trevor is very polite and courteous & did a superb job! He diagnosed our problem right away & was able to return with equipment to fix air. He has to be one of your best technicians, by far!
