One Hour Air Conditioning & Heating of Bradenton

Well I was happy with my visit besides paying the money which I'm sure anybody can relate to LOL but besides that my technician was very friendly very professional Billy cook was his name. Awesome dude

Chris and his helper did an outstanding job at servicing our A/C. During his inspection, he found that our A/C had a leak and all the coolant had leaked out. This will require another repair visit, so Chris promised he would follow up with his repair schedulers to see that another technician visit was set up as soon as possible. We were very happy with Chris’ and his helper’s services and would be glad to have him return to repair our A/C system.

Chris did a great job. Called to let us know he was on his way, got an e-mail with his picture for security and came at the earliest proposed time. Professional and friendly, didn't waste time. I would recommend One Hour in a heartbeat.

One hour reps have always been professional, knowledgeable and polite. We have their warranty so don't worry about having to pay large amounts for maintenance or repair. It's a good company.

Chris was very knowledgeable and he called ahead to let us know he was on his way. He did a review of the system, answer all mu questions and gave us sone recommendations. He was very professional and we highly recommend One Hour Air and Chris if you are experiencing issues with your A/C Unit.

Trevor was so great! He was so friendly and professional. He explained before hand what he was going to do, found the issue and thoroughly explained what the problem was and what was necessary to repair it and the cost of repair. Fortunately this problem was covered under warranty and what could be done to avert this problem in the future. I can’t say enough about One Hour and their staff. They are on time, provide excellent service and I highly recommend One Hour for all your AC and plumbing needs. 👍

Since moving into this house 4 years ago, we knew this system would need to be replaced. One Hr maintained it until it's last leg and then when it sputtered, they came to our rescue and installed a new system that will save us money, shivers and dread because we no longer have to wonder if it will stop working.
