I had a tech come out to my house this past week and he was a very young guy that did not seem to have much experience and was not very helpful or prepared at all. He just said "I think you have a leak in the coil but I can't open up the unit now and will have to come back". He said they would reschedule me for the next day or the day after to confirm the leak and refill my Freon (this was 4 days ago now) and I never even received a call back. How are you not prepared to do those things on a service call? That should be something all techs are prepared to do... I reached out to customer support on their website chat and they said they would forward my info and have the Bradenton location call me. I was not contacted. It is now 80+ degrees in my house and I am not happy. Apparently they don't like business... I will be taking mine elsewhere then.

Billy did a great job! My AC was only working at about 50%, so I called One Hour Bros at about 2:30 PM. They gave me a window from 4 PM to 8 PM, but Billy called to say he was on his way at 3:45. He examined my AC and determined it was shutting off because it was in need of a cleaning and had water backing up in some areas. Billy took care of everything quickly, and my AC is working like a charm. All of this for under $300? I would recommend them to anyone. Thanks for the peace of mind!

Kelly was professional, friendly, communicative, and knowledgeable. She diagnosed the problem immediately (failsafe switch on drain had triggered) and flushed everything out. We were so satisfied that we signed up for their maintenance program. A/C is too important in Florida to let it ride and the program seems fair and reasonable. I'll rest easy not worrying about the next incident knowing that Kelly or one of her peers is a phone call away. Thank you Kelly!

First, I will start with the minor issue. There is a maintenance log attached to the Air Conditioner Unit and that was not signed-off. Second, when it was discussed about replacement of a part, there answer was no and the technician pursued the matter. Third, Every and I mean EVERY time a technician comes out, it needs another part. For all of the parts replaced, I could have paid half of new unit off. Fourth, One Hour Service is non-responsive when we called back from the last service to have some work accomplished and we stated that we wanted performed. Fifth, the technician was asked not to bother me as I was working from home, but insisted to approach. I had another person there to interface with him so he would not bother me.

Ordered brand new unit on July 20, 2022. Never worked. No call ever returned from anyone at any time. As of August 25, system still does not work and still no call back. Not one phone call in over a month has ever been initiated on behalf of the company to resolve the issue. I have filed a formal complaint with the BBB. Highly recommend not using this company and I have been a loyal customer for over 6 years and have purchased 2 other brand new systems from them in that time. If this is how they treat loyal customers, I can only imagine how they new customers.
