Not impressed with tech. He wouldn't take off his sunglasses to look me in the eyes. I told him that the motor seized up. He continued working then, he moved to our air handler. He took the panel cover off to check it out. I'm still not sure why he did that. I told him the handler was good, you see, I'm an electrician working in the field. I'm around air technicians all the time so, I know a little about what to look for. I was given an oral quote of six to nine hundred dollars ($600-$900) for a motor and capacitor. I know that it was on the high end. He also said that we should think about getting a new air conditioner. By this time, I was totally aggravated. I paid him for his time and he left. He said we would get a final quote on Monday, May 24th, 2021.

Anthony was polite, professional and produced effective result. He was courteous as well as informative. He explained what he thought the issue was. He explained how he would solve the problem and quickly made short work of it. Couldn’t ask for better service. Glad to see One Hour hits the Vets.

Great experience started w Daytona call center Arlene who took my call yesterday. Continued when Anthony D called ahead of time today and was punctual. Extremely thorough and passionate about his craft. Explained what he was doing and what he found...and in terms I could understand. Said what needs to be done now and what isn’t critical at the moment. All prices associated with AC are high but I felt they were fair. I appreciated Anthony’s honesty and felt he was a great representative of the company. I recommend him and will ask for him next time.

Chas is a very courteous and polite young man. He has been to my house only a few times the 25 years I've lived here and has been one of the best technicians that I have had. He is always very informative. Let me know my options for repairs. But is never too pushy as some of your other technicians are. He always ask there's something he can do for me in the house. It's just very kind of him

Todd did an excellent job repairing our air conditioner! He was informative and very knowledgeable in his trade. It was a big job but he stayed with it till it was done and we had air at the end of the day. We are thankful for technicians like him!

I am only posting this because one hour air keeps e mailing me to do so, I would have taken a pass but they are not smart enough to realize sometimes it is best to leave something alone.
The service technician is great, he gets 5 stars, however my past 2 appointments for general service have been rescheduled 3 times, always on the day of the appointment.
I schedule my general service ahead of time and have been called for the past 2 appointments in the morning to cancel my morning appointment. My spring time appointment this happened 2 times and this past week's cleaning it happened again. The call center apologizes and tells me people are without a/c and need attention, and they MUST reschedule. Doesn't matter that I have set aside the time and scheduled around this. When you are less then thrilled they throw in a waste pan cleaning!!! Big Deal, your time has already been wasted and there is nothing you can do.
So while my tech is Great the overall service is NOT

Kelly Did a professional job identifying the problem and fixing it! She does not use high pressure sales tactics to push a new system on us which we appreciated immensely. She found out what our needs were, identified the problem and fixed it! Excellent and professional technician! Thank you Kelly!
